Yes the DVD unit above glove box is not there. If I am able to source this part would it be possible to connect the pop up screen to use the features I mentioned? How difficult would that be? Thanks

Hi, I apologise if any of these questions have been convered. I have spent hours on this site using the search feature, a lot of the links that were provided in threads have expired or the images also have expired, being from so long ago. I have the stock TV / Sat Navi unit however it is not connected at all, I am right in assuming that it should turn on once popped up? It has an aftermarket JVC head unit which is connected through to the steering wheel controls. Is there a way to connect the TV so that I can just get the fuel consumption going? I also want to be able to connect a reverse ( & if not too hard a front facing) camera and hook it to the TV as well. Also, I know this has been asked a lot but it has been a long time so possibly there is another solution now. Are there any other options these days to connect a gps / video interface to the stock TV? Let me know if any other information is needed. I appreciate the feedback, thanks guys.
