Im looking for something faily basic to make use of the screen I have - No intentions of subs/amps/car theatre type setups. The car was imported from Japan, pioneer confirmed the AVX-P55 is a JDM market product only. I presumed Japan was all NTSC - If Im wrong, even better! LOL

I figure 50Hz would be the refresh rate of the screen, so if it is indeed RCA, I should be able to hook up my home DVD player in the shed to ensure the input is correct yes? As long as DVD player has NTSC selectable output? I just dont want to pay $400+ for a head unit that doesn't play anything to my screen Cheers for the help Dr

Hi all, I've recently aquired a Legnum which came from Japan with a Pioneer Carrozzeria AVX-P55 screen. I have tried contacting Pioneer Aust, Japan and US with no helpful responses from anyone. I am trying to determine what the input is to the screen, whether it is AV, RGB etc?! My intention is to purchase a Pioneer DVH P5950 head unit (or similar) which will play DVD's with an AV output inputting to the Screen. I haven't been able to get the screen out yet, but have these photos from a Japanese Auction showing the connections - so can someone please tell me, is the yellow plug AV (compatable with new HU) or is it RGB and im going to have to buy a format converter? Simple answer - It Can Be. Tell him there are already actuators in each door and he must connect them

When I had my 33 alarm installed I had to get the drivers door ACTUATOR installed. Do you have KEYLESS entry now? or simply central locking? If you DONT have keyless entry, YES you need the ACTUATOR, as it only has a control switch for the passenger door (which has the actuator already) If you have Keyless entry, then the drivers door will already have an actuator, not just a switch to operate other doors. Hope this explains it a bit better

Not a bad look, but kind of agree the 17s looked a little better IMO. With the XR6, was it a BA? I'm guessing so, and it was probably the 4sp auto so no wonder you beat him to 70kph. If it was BF with 6sp auto and even mild tune, seeya! Driving my old man's 272rwkw XR6t with 4sp auto, it could really do with the shorter first gear like my mates stock BF.
