hey i had the same problem, In canberra i got a quote for $100 but i thought its not that important, while in Brisbane on holiday i got on from the Jap auto wreckers on sangate rd for $15 and looks brand new... THe hole is fixed...

Not sure... I got it back last night and was on morphine :gaga:( i had a back operation 4 months ago) and thats why i said yes to him for a drive.. BIG MISTAKE!!! But i just have seen another place who works on heads and race engines and he thinks it has skipped a cog on the timing chain cause the idol is now sitting abourt 1200rpm... Strange.. But thats all i hope it is..

Oh dear, I leant my step brother my car last night while in Brisbane, I got it back today, NO scraches so i was happy.. But then started the beast, Warmed her up, and then driving off i hear a clunk, clunk clunk about 3000rpm's... :pissed: So i got refered to an un named dyno performance place near where i live and they "didnt even have time to LOOK" So after being put ro 3 other places who all said different things i was wondereing if anyone here can suggest a "good" place to take my poor car!!! I am supposed to drive back to canberra next thursday. But plans will change... Cheers

I got the same problem on the drive from canberra up to brisbane. I have been told its more likly to be the diafram in the clutch booster or something. I am not a mechanic.. But if you feel the rubber behind the clutch you should be able to feel it "breathe" as i like to call it, I am waiting till i get back to canberra as i have been assured from my mechanic it will be ok, Just the clutch is heavier... Good luck, If you hear any different, Please let me know, Second and third opinions never hurt. Cheers

Hey all, I am up here from canberra for a few weeks and wanted to get my GTR out tonight and was wondering if anyone from this way is driving tonight, I am in redcliff area but seen a few at chermside and aspley markets last friday night, Harrys was dead, But am going crazy with family organising my sisters wedding.. Hey, I just joined the site after attending the last meeting with my white R32 GTR. I have driven my baby (GTR) to redcliff in brisbane. Otherwise i would have been there for sure.. Next time.. I just wanted to say thanks to all who was there last meeting at the national library, I was a bit funny about coming then Goran said to come, Everyone was great, Really nice to meet a decent bunch of people in canberra...
