  1. Yep, definitely. inissane - PM sent, please get back to me asap please.
  2. Ur right - they are a simple install. Note - the 040 dont have a sock on the bottom and they sit a bit higher than 15mm from the bottom of the tank. Might organise another group buy if there is enough interest. Prices may vary slightly due to exchange rates etc...
  3. I didnt receive the pumps on friday but I have been tracking them online and am expecting them this monday. I will let you guys know as soon as I have them. Heres a link to a usefull install guide - click here ( its for a 984 but is a very good reference if installing an 040)
  4. Hi guys, Sorry for the slow response. Ive been wiating for all the payments to clear which were delayed by the long weekend. Thanks to all that paid up so quickly. I have ordered the pumps and they are expected to reach me by this friday. The express packaging is ready to go so as soon as the pumps arrive I will send them on to you all immediately. I reckon they should reach you by mid next week (tuesday or wednesday). I'll keep you's updated.
  5. Yeh, I am planning on setting that up but I am also after some sort of intake for the top inlet. Be good to have 2 lots of cold air coming in. Thanks anyway, let me know if you hear of any.
  6. The sound isnt much different, you can still hear the pod sucking nicely Ive since converted to the dry type, apexi power intake filter and they have a more subtle sound, still good but. Also got rid of the use of filter oil which was meesing up my AFM. Since then Ive also got a Hybrid front mount installed and I cant use my stock snorkel. Maxx - can you get, or know of any snorkels that will fit? Heres a pic.
  7. The 040 is good for 260rwkw (around 350hp). Postage included in the final price ($210) to anywhere in Australia. If payment is made by this friday, pumps will be received by mid next week and resent and hopefully received by the end of next week or early the following week. This will only go ahead when 10 pumps are paid for so as to qaulify the group buy.
  8. We have 10 buyers for the 040's!! The close date is still this wednesday the 8th June, so if anyone wants a 040 for $210 delivered, nows the chance.
  9. We only need one more to get the group buy discount on the 040's
  10. Easy to install. no soldering required. direct replacement.
  11. The 040 has only got a hose end on the outlet side(top). The inlet side is an open end filter. The pic in the first post is of an 044. Heres a pic of an 040. As you can see the inlet side has no hose connection so to the best of my knowledge a sock cannot be attached. That is why if installing an 040 it is recommended to place it as low as possible on the cradle to avoid surge due to a low tank and/or cornering.
  12. Hey Chris, The minimum number of sales was met and I have had further interest in the coolers so I can offer them for $400 for individual buyers. 1)They are in stock at my suppliers wharehouse and are ready to be shipped immediately after payment has been received. 2)Delivery around 5 working days by UPS with tracking. 3)Will fit easily. sandwich plate has 2 different threads which will fit most Japanese cars. Skylines no probs. 4)Supplier is in Hong Kong. Cost includes all import duties and GST. 5)Sorry dont have thermostat models available. 6)Will definitely post some pics over the weekend.
  13. Yep. They are the same - ECR33.
  14. Yep, the 040 is an intank pump. The 044 can also be mounted intank. 040's are pretty easy to install and the DIY guide is a good reference for instalation. Main difference is the 040 doesnt have a 'sock' connection but has an open end filter. It is recommended to mount the 040 as low as possible on the cradle so as to pick up better at the bottom of the tank. You can secure the pump to the cradle with hose clamps and to help lessen noise, use rubber inbetween the pump and clamp and cradle. Not sure whats the best rubber to use though? I used rubber fuel hose cut in half for mine.
  15. Its an on going group buy. I moved 6 of the coolers already and have had interest in more so the price is low for all and there are plenty available.
  16. so whats better - tube and fin or bar and plate??
  17. Ive moved a few of these for my supplier now so $400 is the price for one.
  18. How do you know that these are the only authorised ebay ones? because they say so? doesnt seem to be any proof of this on there listings? Any one know the difference between drift spec and GT spec? are the GT spec tube and fin or Bar and plate? thnx.
  19. next week = the following. All pumps will be sent express post once payment has been received.
  20. If all goes well this will be the first of many.
  21. Depends if you are waiting for the group buy or wish to purchase individually. I have 2x 040's and 1x 044 due to arrive mid next week. Once here I can have them express posted as soon as money has cleared.
