Good news! the group buy has been extended and the price is now from $510 delivered. click here >> APEXi AVCR Group buy (Version 2) - from $510 delivered. This thread is over.
-
This group buy is a continuation from the original group buy I posted for the apexi avcr (hence version 2!). Thanks to a bit of 'healthy competion' on the forum, I am now in the position to be able to offer fellow SAU members a group buy for the APEXi AVC-R electronic boost control at a much better price. The units are brand new in the box with all installation components and english manual/instuctions available upon request. Also, here is a link to the instruction manual for the avcr from the apexi website. Heres the offer; 5 = $530.00 delivered 10 = $510.00 delivered PLEASE NOTE- This offer has been extended from the original offer because of the price that is now available to us. I have confirmed this group buy with the previous members and they have all agreed to continue with this deal. The final close date will now be on the 21st Jan 05 with payments due by 25th Jan 05. Money will be transfered to the supplier and the units will be shipped immediately and should be recieved by the end of the following week. Items will be sent via EMS courier with full tracking through the EMS AUSTRALIA website. I will not be making any money out of this group buy but I will still be buying a unit for myself and 1 for a mate so we save some $$ aswell. group buy #2 - finish date 21/01/05 gR33ddy x2 (confirmed) - PAID X2 - PROCESSING - SHIPPED -RECEIVEDX2 Coupe-This x1 (confirmed) - PAID - PROCESSING - SHIPPED - RECEIVED Reidles x1 (confirmed) - PAID - PROCESSING - SHIPPED - RECEIVED bazr33 x1 (confirmed) - PAID - PROCESSING - SHIPPED - RECEIVED cooky2511 x1 (confirmed) - PAID - PROCESSING - SHIPPED - RECEIVED r33gtst196 x1 (confirmed) - PAID - PROCESSING - SHIPPED - RECEIVED DAN00H x1 (confirmed) - PAID - PROCESSING - SHIPPED - RECEIVED djr81 x1 (confirmed) - PAID - PROCESSING - SHIPPED - RECEIVED Total Buyers = 9 9 (confirmed) 0 (unconfirmed) Paul.

My group buy is reliable and is still open if anyone wants an avc-r within 2 weeks. CLICK HERE Ive got 5 definite buyers so far and it would still be good to get more. Payment due by 19/01 - avc-r should be at your door by 30/12. Price $630 delivered - if we get 5 more people $615. OK the price isnt as good as doridori32's but the sale is actually happening. Sorry for hijacking your thread but you know what they say aboout 'healthy competition' - besides, these group buys arent meant for the sellers benefit they are for the buyers/members of the forum.
-
So we ended up with 5 confirmed buyers in this group buy and so far most have paid. I know $630 per unit wasnt the target price but it is hard to get people to commit themselves to group buys such as this. Along with the "healthy" competition for avc-r's on the forum making it a bit harder to keep the numbers up. The deadline for payment is on the 19/01 allowing enough time for all to gather the money. Unlike other group buys and offers this one is definitely going ahead and those involved should have their avc-r within the next 2 weeks. Thanks to those that stayed with the group buy and thanks to those that bothered to let me know that they were out. happy boosting

Im runnin standard boost and I cant use anything but 98. If I use anything less she'll start knockin like a jackhammer!!
-
It depends on which way you will be travelling..... If you are heading north through vic, nsw, qld you will most likely go inland or along the coast. On either route you can travell for many km's without finding any decent 98.

Same problem - Cant alter any settings & options in my control panel. -
If you dont dispute it and try and clear your name then it will always be on your record. Thats one of the reasons why I took the speeding fine to court. From now on I will always question my rights if police are trying to get me woth something.

What did he fine you for? arent they meant to defect you first? Sorry, never had the experience of bein in that situation as yet......

Trident - No worries mate.. The SC thread is fairly new and our growth is very slow but hopefully more will notice and it will catch on for members livin on the SC. Thought that we should get more of a localised thread goin as NSW is a big place afterall. It'd be good to liase with you blokes out west also. I'll post a link on the SC thread to your thread aswell so we can keep an eye on whats goin on out your way.

What note belongs to Skylines ?
performance-wise replied to elbee111's topic in General Automotive Discussion
aaah... I am yet to experience the soothing humble of an RB orchestra - idling in perfect harmony.......it must be the sound of bliss... There must be a slight difference between exhaust systems though. Eg- If Jonnies skyline is fitted with X Brand exhaust and idles at A then will Billies skyline fitted with Y brand exhaust idle at A, A flat , A sharp or even B or even G?? (keep in mind that they are both driving R33 gtst with stock internals, turbo and intercooler and running at about 12PSI!!) Forget your NOS or octane boosters and spare brake pads, next time you guys have a track day or a cruise dont forget your guitar tuners!! -
What note belongs to Skylines ?
performance-wise replied to elbee111's topic in General Automotive Discussion
wrx's sound like a 3 cylinder suzuki or a vw buggy!! I reckon Im gettin better at pickin em(skylines) - especially cos I dont see many around these parts!! Any one got a guitar tuner with exterior mic??? put it up to your exhaust and see what note it holds (of course some would vary with different zorst systems).. -
