NENGUN Performance - Need to Contact.
performance-wise replied to GZ R33's topic in General Automotive Discussion
heres a link to greenline - http://www.greenline.jp/ I have recently dealt with nengun and am very satisfied. Purchased a power fc and commander at a great price without any hiccups. I also had doubts and queeries - heres a link to a post - http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...ead.php?t=54302- however it was all good in the end. Brents service was prompt and precise. As with any internet business, if you want a direct response then the telephone is the fastest method (sorry - unable to get contact number for nengun). Nengun = No worries! Jus my 2c worth!! -
Ive got a set of ZE326 on mine. They feel pretty good but I havent tried much else. What other brands could you compare these to for price and quality. whats the price difference between these and the ST115 and whats the difference in the tyres?

Is this group buy still available?? I have not heard from AL at all.

Official NSW Skyline spotted thread
performance-wise replied to CerealKiller's topic in New South Wales
is this 'spotted' thread for NSW or Sydney only?? -
Hey cowie, I appreciate your response. I was done by an oncoming pursuit car at about 7 in the morning. There was no other cars around to compare my speed to. My speedo was not in the car (as it was out being repaired)and I truly thought that i was not speeding. it is hard to tell - you know. I told the cop that I could not judge my speed correctly due to the speedo being out for repair. The cop asked me how long i have owned the car for, which I replied about 6 months and he said that I should be able to judge my speed by now?? This entire conversation was recorded. I truly was unaware of the speed I was doing and my admission of this is on tape. Will they(police) have this tape in court - should I seek legal advise?? thnx.

I read through this thread and I dont think this one has been posted, but it is from another thread(respect to the original poster). I thought it was pretty good!!! The SAS, the Parachute Regiment and the Police decide to go on a survival weekend together to see who comes out on top. After some basic exercises the trainer tells them that their next objective is to go down into the woods and catch a rabbit for their supper, returning with it ready to skin and cook. Night falls. First up - the SAS. They don infrared goggles, drop to the ground and crawl into the woods in formation. Absolute silence for 5 minutes, followed by the unmistakable muffled "phut-phut" of their trademark silenced "double-tap". They emerge with a large rabbit shot cleanly between the eyes. "Excellent!" remarks the trainer. Next up - the Para's. They finish their cans of lager, smear themselves with camouflage cream, fix bayonets and charge down into the woods, screaming at the top of their lungs. For the next hour the woods ring with the sound of rifle and machine-gun fire, hand grenades, mortar bombs and blood curdling war cries. Eventually they emerge, carrying the charred remains of a rabbit. "A bit messy, but you achieved the aim; well done", says the trainer. Lastly, in go the coppers, walking slowly, hands behind backs whistling Dixon of Dock Green. For the next few hours, the silence is only broken by the occasional crackle of a walkie-talkie "Sierra Lima Whisky Tango Fanta One, suspect headed straight for you..." etc. After what seems an eternity, they emerge escorting a squirrel in handcuffs. "What the hell do you think you are doing?" asks the incredulous trainer, "Take this squirrel back and get me a rabbit like I asked you five hours ago!". So back they go. Minutes pass. Minutes turn to hours, night drags on and turns to day. The next morning, the trainer and the other teams are awakened by the police, holding the handcuffed squirrel, now covered in bruises, one eye nearly shut . "Are you taking the piss!!??" asks the now seriously irate trainer. The police team leader nudges the squirrel, who squeaks: "Alright, Alright, I'm a f*ckin' rabbit!"

I didnt think to check the readout cos I didnt know I had the option - like I said earlier ' I have never been done previously for any driving offences. ' - I am now aware that I shouldve. :bonk: I am gonna take the NSW fine to court and I am gonna be armed with a statement from the mechanic and a copy of the rectified defect notice and hopefully my clean driving record  DAM - gotta go an get a court suit from vinnies, and some shoes - also a haircut I think I will just have to bend over and take it for the vic fine. somone said that if I am fined and lose points in Vic then it dosnt affect my licence in NSW - Is this true or what????
-
Are you sure about that? The infringement notice read I have lost 3 points - how can I find out how many points I have left on my licence??
-
anyways - looks like Im screwed!! How long does it take to get your points back on your licence???
-
:blah: oh! I am a bit slow and my eglinesh is a bit dodgeey!!
-
how much clearer can I post it??? "My speedo was removed for repair at the time and I was driving the car to a mechanic to have the speedo re-installed."
-
Hey all - I appreciate the advise. I should clear a few things up - sorry for the confusuion. Before I got done for speeding I had a NSW gold license(5 year) with 12 points. I was done for speeding in NSW doing 128kmh in a 100kmh zone (exceed speed over 15kmh-fine of $208 - lose 3 points). I told the coppa that I could not judge my speed as my speedo was removed and getting repaired (I was driving my car to the mechanic to get it re-installed when I got done). The coppa then defected my car for having no speedo and gave me 3 days to have it repaired - which I did. 6 weeks later I was done in victoria doing 123kmh in a 100kmh zone(exceed speed over 15kmh-fine of $205 - lose 3 points). I am taking the first fine(NSW) to court as I am hoping that I may have a chance. I will probably wear the second fine(VIC) as I know that I dont really have a leg to stand on. Should I take legal advise?? If so, Can I have my lawyer represent me so I dont lose a days work also?? Or does this look bad??
-
princes hwy has many zones - I was in a 100kmh zone at the time. I dont have any proof of overtaking to avoid a collision??? How can you prove such a thing??
