yeh i've got the ca18det master cylinder and it sucks... i've bled the brakes and it didnt help... thanks for the info! Joh

Hi all, I put on some r32 discs and calipers onto my s13. I currently have the ca18det brake master cylinder and its crap. The pedal is wayyyy to spongy. My question is, which is a better upgrade, the r32 rb20det or s13 sr20det master cylinder??? Do i need to change the brake booster as well??? Thanks, Joh

Hi All, Just a simple question. I have an rb20det with the following mods. Stock turbo 3" Turbo back exhaust FMIC 13psi Bosch 040 pump POD 160rwkw was just wondering if it would be worth installing an safc??? would it make much diff or is it not worth the money??? thanks, Joh

i had an extremely similar problem to ures. only diff is mine is a rb20det in an s13 chassis. i went for a whole year changing my coils packs, spark plugs, fuel pumps, timing etc... my problem turned out being when my engine was installed there were 2 identical plugs for the knock sensors. they plugged in a plug that went to the fuse box, so there was no reading from the second knock sensor causing the ECU to think something was up and drop power. i had a look and found a plug that went to the ecu, plugged that in and hey presto all is good. moral of that story is check your knock sensors and that the plugs run to the right palces i.e. ECU, might save you a lot of money and headaches...

Hi All, Just wondering how I would go about getting some slotted rotors for my S13. It is still 4-stud but it just has the holes drilled into the rotor i have on there now. How do i get the R32 Gts-t slotted rotors, but in 4-stud? Can i order a blank set of slotted rotors and just get the holes drilled in by a mechanic???? If so where do i order it from??? any prices??? brand preferences??? Thanks, Joh
