I have a Pioneer headunit - DEH-P9650MP. It has the dual faces, one that flips down to reveal the other. For some reason it has stopped opening to reveal the 2nd face when I press the OPEN button. It also means that it wont eject the CD I have in there because to eject it also needs to open both screens. I stupidly hit the reset button to try and fix it, and it caused me to loose the subs because the controls for the subs are on the 2nd face which I cannot access. Worst case I am going to just go out and buy another headunit, but I would like to at least get my CD out. Does anyone know if this model headunit has a "CD eject" button behind the faceplate etc like some have? Also in regards to getting another headunit, I need to buy another Pioneer headunit because I have one of those Pioneer ipod control boxes for it. What sort of headunit feature do I need to make sure I get so that it will be compatible? There is one in the WOW catalogue atm that says it has Direct Ipod Control, which I am thinking is what I need to be able to control the iPod through the headunit, is this correct? Any help for both of the above problems is much appreciated. -Yvonne

Thanks for the advice, but i'm more looking for advice on size/wattage of amp etc rather than brand. Cheers Yvonne

I have 2 Pioneer subs (TS-W257D2). They are 10" 1000w max. nominal power is 350w, impedance is 1ohm or 4 ohms. They are 16.2cm in depth. I am thinking of installing one or both of these subs in the 34. What sort of amp should be good for just one, or both of these. Thanks in advance. Yvonne

I'm about to install my sub/subs into the 34 when I've found a suitable amp and i'm tossing up a few options. I can install 1 or 2 10" subs and i'm looking for the most space saving install as I use the boot for groceries etc. One possibility I was tossing up was installing the two, one on either side of the boot in those "pocket-type' areas. Anyone willing to share pics of their setups so I can get some more ideas. I was also wondering if anyone was able to tell me what an approximate 'fabrication cost' would be for the setup i suggested done professionally? Cheers Yvonne
