when i delt with them i emailed her and asked for their shop number before i started blasting them because from the emails that they sent they knew that a batch might have been under sized. when i read that i rang them up and abused the sh[t out of them they did end up giving me a full refund including both ways postage though so the only thing i lost was some time and sanity I cant remember the name but thier shop is thier other trading name if you can get thier number ring up telsra and get the info like address from the number and the name at the address and threaten them with fair trading and other gov departments that scare businesses all my probs ended up being resolved
