    LOL!!
  2. The battery terminal broke off LOL!!! It will teach me to use battery mounting brackets lol Just got it registered and wanted to take it for a blast that ended in a tow truck ride back to the shop. It will be in the panel shop for a while being painted and having dings removed.
  3. Both mounts can be used. To modify the engine brackets simply oval the pilot holes for the bolts that screw into the block so the sump sits closer to the sub frame. Just keep in mind the lower it sits to the subframe the lower it sits to the ground.
  4. The Rb25 mounts and brackets can be used however using the RB20 ones also works. The Laurel cross member also gives the same engine height and position.
  5. Required is the following That are not included with the D-Jetro Power FC: 2 X Map Sensors 499-X001 1 X Sensor Harness 415-XA04 2 X Nipples 499-A019 We sell the whole kit for $1270 Delivered including hand controller

  9. 1st One of our standard highflows on a RB25 in an S13 Silvia. 18 psi of boost making 265rwkw. Coping fine after 3 months Nismo 555cc injectors Bosch 040 pump 2nd GT30R-IW on a RB25 in an R33. 18psi of boost making 278rwkw. Coping fine after 1 and a half months. Nismo 555cc injectors Bosch 040 pump Plug in Link G3 ecu's were used with both and individual injector duty was the same across all 6 so there were no noticeable pressure differences at this rate of airflow.
  10. I can assure you my Onevia's stock blow off valve used to touch. RB20DET equipped.

No ? Cry me a black and white river emo kid and paint the car lol It will be painted this weekend coming black above the window lines and white below. It will go well with the stickers that are the same that are being used on other sponsored cars.
  12. We have used 2 Greddy copy plenum's on Rb25's now with no problems at all. Injectors seal fine and surprisingly it lines up to the head quite well with a little less then 1mm overhang in some places.
  13. 12-14psi will give you around 230rwkw with the highflow turbo maxing out standard injectors and AFM.
  14. From memory it sits 2.3cm lower and does clear the bonnet this is with a 3025 though. You have to use the RB25 cross over pipe as the blow off valve on the 32 cross over pipe hits the bonnet regardless. RB25's do not have clearance issues going straight into R32's. The 3025's do and will mean you cannot use a strut brace that is not modified or goes around the back of the head.. There was not a standard bonnet on this one it was a carbon vented bonnet so the relative hight difference between the 2 i am not sure on compared to standard. We have always used modified vented bonnets when doing conversions to help get rid of the heat especially with S13's doing RB conversions. Using a Greddy copy or original plenum will solve all possible problems. For $250 for a copy Greddy plenum you cant go wrong considering that is how much the cross member will probably cost.
  15. It lines up fine. Its the only way we could fit a 3025 into a R32 without putting spacers under the cross member to avoid hitting the carbon bonnet.
  16. The only reason the oil and water lines would not have lined up is if they were bent when removing the original turbo. All cartridges are aligned to where the stock items are and if the lines are not bent we can R&R a RB20-RB25 turbo in 45 minutes. A lot of people have troubles installing direct replacement turbo's and i really do recommend having a professional that knows what they are doing installing them. Bolting a larger turbo on that has not been professionally tuned will not yield any great increase in power ever.
  17. Hi Guys I appologise for the delays for quite a few peoples turbo's. The orders we receive are world wide now and trying to fulfill the demand for them has obviously become impossible to stick to given the 3 week time frame offered when ordering. We have stopped taking highflow orders now from the forum and website and will not be taking orders now until a few things are back under control. The first being my health. Not many people are aware but i have a health problem and this places me in hospital every second day. This started just after easter when i were told i would need a liver transplant unless i were to go on a series of treatments, Dialysis. I personally did not want to make this public knowledge and i think i had the right to do so. At the moment around 30 highflows a week are completed which has to stop. Myself and business partner work hours that can only be seen as stupid to try and keep up with the demand. We have been sending work to GCG and MTQ to try and take some pressure off and over the last few weeks have since been turning all new customers away from highflows. The general parts from Japan are always kept under control and the delivery times are solid. Payment is requested up front for highflows for the reason being that on any day regardless of orders sent out or coming in there are around 60 on order. This can vary between highflows for GTR GTST CT20 CT12a in shop rebuilds and modifications. We do not just do highflows. When payment is made you are assigned a number and the turbo is only seen to when that number comes around as we believe the people that ordered before others have the right to have theirs done first. All turbo's are hand built to exactly the same specification as the last and things can go wrong, housing's slipping the chuck of the lathe electrical failures, stock problems etc. Manwhore: Please remember that i tried to force a refund on your order and that i did ask you to try someone else as you were in a hurry. You were very persistent with keeping the order and were well informed of delays and time frames. I have answered over 30 of your PM's in the time you have ordered the turbo and taken many many phone calls. I generally receive around 50 phone calls per day with an average of 5 minutes per call thats over 4 hours on the phone per day that i cannot work. Phone calls are no longer taken as many people assume that i work 24 hours a day and it is fine to call at 11:30 at night. * The private message service is there for contact and so is email. I reply to PM's and emails every night into the hundreds without fail and if it is not seen to that day it will certainly be the next regardless of the issues listed above. I would like to bring up again that it is only because of personal health issues that we are not fulfilling the orders like we used to and for that i am sorry, I value my life and wish to live as long as everyone else and if it is considered selfish of me to think that because a few people have made orders for a material object that is taking a few weeks longer then expected i am truly sorry. Business apart from highflows is just fine and the parts service is booming. We will continue to offer Japan direct prices and effort to keep you wanting more For those that have highflows on order they will be done all i ask is for a little understanding given the situation i am in. I do have obligations that are out of my hands and unfortunately i cannot help this. Refunds are available and always have been to anyone that is not prepared to wait for their turbo. We have zero build failures out of hundreds and hundreds of highflows and if we are not happy with a turbo it is not sent out and is built again. We will continue to stand by these standards and look at the results and smiling faces proudly and hope to continue as one of SAU's and NS.COM's biggest traders. Regards, Aaron

  23. LOL it is just the air sucking in your pod filter and is completely normal. It sounds much better with an Apexi pod
  24. You can use a T3 compressor cover on a CA/SR/GTR turbo however you cannot use a T3 turbine housing on a T28 turbo. If it has a T28 turbine housing on it someone wasted alot of time. Pics.....
  25. What boost are you running? These turbo's are designed to run between atleast 14 up to 19psi which is the optimal range for unleashing the performance from them. Without the airflow the shaft speed will be quite slow and you will not feel the performance gain from an after market turbo. If you are running the turbo on an un-tuned or standard computer you will also not see too much of a performance gain from an after market turbocharger. The standard turbo's are quite a lot smaller then the highflows and we do not advertise them to be close in response as a larger turbo cannot provide the same response as a smaller (without nitrous) The ticking is more then likely the exhaust gasket. Being over sized the exhaust gasket and the dump pipe poke into the the exhaust cavity and the exhaust effectively runs into the gasket and vibrates the gasket against the exhaust. This is quite common as most people install the turbo themselves and it is overlooked. If you have any concerns about your turbocharger contact us.
