  1. Exactly, when i found out Wednesday morning i started the threads to just let people know when i got the call that one of our orders is being delayed which in turn will affect those who have "specialized" parts in this order. It wasn't to strike fear in the community that people wont be able to keep saving for T88 kits for their Honda's. Tiger ?
  2. They are Greddy press releases and responses to dealer/distributor inquiries. They are pretty much all the same, and are there to just put people at ease. The usual blogs are here: http://www.greddy-blog.com http://www.trust-power.com/event/0809/index.html To receive support "Minjisaiseiho" you have to declare severe financial distress which in any share based company is regarded as bankruptcy. If anyone else wants the bankruptcy report it can be purchased from here: http://www.teikoku.com/bankruptcy_article.aspx?id=2195 http://www.teikoku.com/Bankruptcy.aspx As they are being civilly rehabilitated/reconstructed they are not going bankrupt. Orders though, are being delayed when you are spending more then over the counter cash with Trust.
  3. "Minjisaiseiho" A type of civil reconstruction, it is what Apexera did last year Their communication by phone is much more informative then a generic mass general inquiry response, especially when you have orders pending which are held up.
  4. Happened this morning and found out at around 10AM JP time. We found out with a rather large order that is being delayed. Was a good and bad heads up i suppose. The stigma is always that they will close up shop and nothing will be available. This is generally not the case. The company is held up a little while the situation is evaluated by the Japanese government or 3rd party investigators usually within a couple of months and items will then steadily become available again much like Apexera hopefully after they applied for Minjisaiseiho and came out of it to some extent. BTW we have the T88 34GK kit in stock .
  5. From the horses mouth this morning.

  8. This was released early year i believe.

It turned him into a bobble head and threw his neck out, i think he felt it
  13. And when you run out of boost to throw in it you can always get a fist full of Maccas straws, connect them together, run them from a hole in the intake and blow into it from the drivers seat, i know you can build some pressure Adzy boy You would blow half of the Viet pro's out of their knickers, literally. Ha, pity you cost more, my bottom still hurts lol

  15. Pm Sent Roy All sorted
  16. Hey Guys The problem is being sorted with Yogi and was prior to this thread being made, it was a little delayed though i admit. There have been a lot of changes since the beginning of Sliding Performance, most will know now that Jase is no longer part of the team which always hurts loosing a big part of an efficient sales operation. We now also carry quite a lot of stock and checking every single item which are generally in sealed boxes is impossible unfortunately. Now it is just myself and Brent back into the swing of things which is a huge leap once again from being just an import forwarded to having thousands of dollars worth of stock ready to go and needing the assistance of staff. We sympathies with Jon no doubt about it and anyone else that receives an item that they have counted on being the correct one only to have a part be the wrong one, its just devastating. We simply require that an item be sent back before any moves can be made as there have been plenty of times where in good faith we have replaced an item only to not receive the original back. It does spoil it for other guys that just want to get back on the road. This case just happened to fall over the weekend and the clutch kit being addressed to myself could only be signed out by myself so was unfortunately delayed. All is good now though I have made sure and all efforts will be made to make sure the spanners that box these dont have any more unfortunate brain farts. Aaron
  17. We were just informed of this thread by another customer Yogi In a few other PM's we let you know that we would try and retrieve some compensation for your install costs by our supplier, as they box all of our HD clutch kits and ship them to us. Its true that we do not know the clutch kits that are included in the box apart from labels letting us know the kits enclosed, this goes for all things like injectors, turbo kits etc all being boxed by manufacturer/supplier. A clutch kit was sent with the wrong pressure plate and as we have let you know in previous PM's this will most certainly be replaced and the item was received last week. We then let you know that your item would be replaced and we would see what we could do about potential reimbursement for your troubles through our supplier. This has happened and a PM has been sent earlier this afternoon to let you know. Being abused by any method of communication though is not appreciated, we understand your frustration in being sent the wrong item though we could not know exactly the issue until we received the item back. Please tend to your PM and let us know, we apologise for the inconvenience. Regards, Brent
  18. Any upgrade that was not a factory option is considered illegal in any state of Australia. The fact that they are a large improvement over standard unfortunately does not matter. The 4300k are pure white and would give you the least amount of trouble with the authorities. The 6000k have a slight tinge of blue and look a little nicer
  19. Nice Leslie We still have quite a few sets of H1 10000k in stock and ready to send
  20. Hi Guys The website has suffered some big delays whilst upgrading. Porting all the products to the new setup aswell as a pretty big customer base has proven to be impossible. We are fishing around for a developer to clean up the mess and get the site back up and running now. All orders and quotes are still being made through SAU and a number of other forums and will always continue to do so. A simple oscommerce website was just too small for the inventory we need to list and need something much more practical. Send us an email or pm asap and we will contact you straight away. staff@slidingperformance.com
