  1. i know Scotty could make patch loom so i am wondering if someone is selling it. i think universal loom is not expensive and 2nd hand emu setup with universal loom will also need hard wiring on my car, so i prefer brand new if i have to use universal loom.
  2. im after 2nd hand M35 vq25det ECU patch loom for greddy e-manage ultimate or whole greddy emu setup.
  3. all good for the brake light bar? i sent you my brake light one month ago
  4. already ordered new stock part from amayama early this week, but i can't wait anymore.
  5. either fit stock back or tune the car, otherwise you will always get pigeon sound whatever you use which brand BOV/soft spring also if you can develop some electric solenoid valve controlled BOV like modern VW/Audi/BMW/Benz, you can also get rid of the pigeon sound
  6. cracked air bleed T-pipe during flushing radiator, Nissan asked $44 and will ship from Melbourne. the stock one is like paper over 12 years. walk to Bunnings and found some alternative solution. copper T-pipe with big air bleed hole, also come with copper block plug
  7. is it possible to fully drain coolant when thermostat closed?
  8. Yeah, I front jack the car, but not shake it. LOL
  9. HI all, just want to change coolant for my M35. after engine cool, i tool off radiator cap, air bleed plug, radiator drain plug, but it seems only 3-4L coolant could be drained. any idea?
  10. how about your car with heavy traffic on 40 degree day?
  11. fitted nismo low temp thermostat last night no fault on stock one, just want to let the big fat man be cooler.
  12. yes, totally agree. currently i am using walbro fuel pump with a relay for constantly 14v, i just connect the small fan to that relay (it means when turn on engine, the small fan will kick off) will see the result later and keep post on
  13. for FM, i think you just need a FM extender http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Nissan-Skyline-V35-Stagea-M35-Elgrand-E51-FM-Band-Expander-18-MHz-FM-Converter-/252197779040?hash=item3ab828b660:g:2Y8AAOSwBLlVHQKm also if you want a aftermarket CD player, you need to make sure you don't have BOSE system dash, otherwise, you need to trim it or change to like this:
  14. Hi all, does anyone know AC fan (not big thermo fan behind radiator) working logic? i fitted universal thin AC fan last week, i found it will not work all the time. if my car is hot (ie. 96°C) then start engine, AC fan will start working until water temp drop down. after that, if the car is hot again (ie. back to 96°C), the AC fan will not work. it is 37°C today in SYD.....i am thinking to wire AC fan to battery with relay to make it work all the day to avoid overheating.
  15. is it a genuine Greddy? how much did you pay for that? at least, it should not cut your finger. you need go for Greddy soft spring, plumb back adapter also. but you can't get rid of pigeon sound unless you tune the car.
  16. what kind of info do you need, Phil? i checked most of menu but nothing interested me. or you just want to know fuel consumption? i could read some basic JAP because some JAP words are same as Chinese.
  17. as Scotty said, it will be firmer. for me, only problem is when in heavy traffic in "D" with low speed, then do brake - acc - brake - acc, you can feel some vibration/shudder when shift up/down. AT check light only happened once but it disappear immediately after installed about 2-3 days, but now it is more smooth. i think TCU needs some time to adapt transgo kit?
  18. big difference, but also noticeable shudder when shift. if you want smooth shift, then keep stock one. got AT check light on once for 0.5s when reduce speed and stop car for waiting red light
  19. yeah, i also fitted HDI FMIC without modify front reinforcement bar
  20. Got eBay one and fitted by Jetwreck one month ago.
  21. Blitz Fmic could work with stock ac fan, but need to remove front reinforcement bar or cut it a bit
  22. swap wires, all sorted...
  23. Yes, thin fan comes with blue and black wires. And original fan has yellow and black wires. I just did color match, blue to yellow, black to black.....
  24. Yeah, just thinking about it.
  25. Add more info, I used car stands to lift the front, maybe there is airlock?
