  1. Hi Guys. I'm after some go fast bits for my GTR. I'm after : - Turbos, has to be either GT-SS, -7's, -9's, or R34 N1 Turbos - Injectors, anything above 500cc considered - Power-FC (R32/R33 GTR Type) - Z32 AFM's - Highflow dumps and front pipes PM Me or text 0423 919 037 Cheers
  2. Hi Guys. Having a talk to a Tuner regarding whether to use D-jetro or L-jetro Power FC, he is recommending not to use AFM's and to tune with solution that uses Map Sensor. He said that with L-Jetro and Tuning with AFM's, Full throttle power will still be good, but light throttle mapping wont be as good. I'm wondering is this true and whether the difference is hugely noticeable. I'm thinking to use a L-Jetro Power FC with Maybe Z32 AFMS on GT-SS Turbos, or Stock AFMS to begin with. I went through PaulR33's Website Guide on the PowerFC and nothing was mentioned about this in Pro's vs Cons. I'd like to hear your guys experiences. Cheers.
  3. Hi Guys. Well the time has come to get some Tyres for my R33 GTR. So hard to chose with so many brands out there and so many differing opinions, so I thought I'd ask what experiences you guys have had on the specific car instead of reading online review sites like Tyrerack. Basically It's a R33 GTR and I intend to have a max of 400hp. Coming from having RWD Cars I know you need very grippy tyres on a 400hp RWD, but what's the go with AWD, I understand you have much more traction as all 4 Tyres can be under power at times. I was thinking about RE002, or Conti Sport Contact 5 or Nitto Invos. I see things like Achillies ATR's and Federal SS-595 are on cheaper side they seem to sell really good but I'm thinking of going something more of the main stream brands. Budgeting perhaps $1000 for set give or take. Open to any opinions, interested about straight line acceleration grip and handling also around corners, daily non track car it will be for the most. I'd really prefer something that can grip all gears without lighting up in wheelspin, hard decision to make 1st time owning a GTR and coming from RWD Cars. It has stock R33 GTR wheels so size i'm going for is 245/45/17 Cheers.
  4. Hi Guys. I'm after a set of R33 GTR Factory Wheels. Cheers. 0423 919 037
  5. Hi. Just getting a R33 Series 3 GTR imported, it's going to compliance workshop soon. They are going to have to remove the Series 3 factory Xenons to comply it, but I want to put them back myself later. They don't give me much info on what they are actually going to modify on the wiring harness, see my goal is to keep the car as original as possible and reversible modifications. The first person I spoke to said way too much work and you cant convert back to Factory xenons once it's done without huge work. Second guy who I'm dealing with did not say much, no idea what they will do to the car. So I'm wondering for anybody that has done it, what is the easiest way to comply a R33 GTR from Xenons to lights that will pass Compliance, but to be easily reversible. I was thinking it was as simple as buying a set of Series 1 or 2 Headlights bolting and plugging them in and that's it, but from what I understand or am being told there is big work to be done and not reversible unless ofcourse not True. Would appreciate some info. Cheers.
  6. I would put 80ml in there, half of it in the compressor and half in the discharge hose. 300 Sounds a bit excessive, I would think it would be more toward 220 grams, but unless you have a extremely accurate way of measuring it your not going to put the right amount in, charge by vent temp under load in small incremends, once the lowest vent temp is reached then you are there, a word of caution DIY can be dangerous to yourself or your a/c system if you don't use the correct charge methods
  7. To know if there is enough oil in the system, after running the a/c for a a while, you need to degas the system, remove the compressor and drain its oil, if you manage to drain about 20-50ml you know that there is an average to good amount of oil in the compressor and therefore the system has a decent amount of oil. If you only can drain a few drops from it then you know that the compressor is running low on oil and therefore the whole system is low on oil. I'm unsure what sort of guage setup you are using or if you are reading them correctly, and why you are measuring normal operating pressures in mmhg. If you are measuring 100mmhg (2 PSI) on the low side indicates there is a serious fault.
  8. Hi All. I'm after a set of bolt on power bits for a rb26dett, or if anybody is selling a good complete motor package that comes with these bits I would consider that too. I can organize pickup/courir for any parts. - Aftermarket Twins - Prefer N1, -7's, -9's, GT-SS - Power FC - Prefer L-Jet. Consider D-Jet if comes with map sensors installed on ITB setup, loom etc. - Highflow injectors - Highflow Dump Pipes - Z32 Airflow Meters - Pod Filter kit or Aftermarket Air Intake. PM Me if you have any of this gear. Cheers.
  9. Is there anybody offering Turbos with GTX Wheels that bolt onto the factory RB26dett manifolds and dumps, I take it Garrett doesn't offer anything like this? Thanks
  10. Hi, Just wondering if anybody has one of these modified pipes I'm after one, or who is the best person to goto who can modify them? Thanks.
