Here we have for sale parts off a R33 Gtr that was removed due to upgrades, was working at time of removal however has been sitting in a garage for a few years. Originally purchased these parts for a project car but have since changed mind. All parts are cash on pick in Sydney Northern suburb, can post at buyers expense. Any questions please contact me by PM. Nismo R33 Gtr computer S1, part no: 23710 rpr31-11, increase boost and removes speed limiter I believe, specs say can make 400ps at engine. $200 R33 Nissan genuine CD/MD player made by clarion, part no: B8192-89900, was told working but have not tested. $50 R33/34 Gtr air box with Greddy air intake, air filter is old and dirty with a small corner missing, would recommend replace air filter. $100 R33/R34 Gtr air flow meters, again have not been tested. $60 R33 Gtr CAS, has not been tested, $50 R33 Gtr coil and harness, not tested, $50 R33 Gtr, Gts starter motor, part no: 23300-20P05, probably needs rebuild, $30 R33 Gtr fuel rail, $10 R33 Gtr gear shift surround, needs to be repainted, $10 Also have stock manifold and worn stock piston but not sure what they are worth -
Yeah i know what you talking about, the normal boost gauge will get stuck on zero and no pressure display, has happened to me before. But Main reason i changed to the nismo boost sensor is because the stock sensor only goes to 1.2 bar and my tune goes to 1.5 bar so at max boost the stock sensor will go past 1.2 bar and start blinking red. Not only is it annoying but you also dont know much boost your making. With the nismo sensor it can read up to 2 bar which was exactly what i need.

For 300-350 kw atw better off going with -9 and e85, it will be less laggy than -5. With -5 you will eventually need to go to 400kw to make sense.

On stock engine and cams, -5 max spools at around 5000 rpm, with bigger intercooler, dumps etc max spool at 4500 rpm, unsure about cams(depends which one). I think it would be hard to get max spool at 3500 rpm with -5 on rb26, maybe able to bring it down to 4000 rpm if you get hard pipes everything and bigger exhaust like piggaz said.

Genuine "S-tune" car? Nismo Chassis number? Must be worth a small fortune, LOL.

Finally installed Nismo mfd uprade, no more blinking red boost metre.

OK, so recently installed the Nismo inlet pipes on my car and thought I'll post some thoughts. First of all, it's very shiny, does give the engine bay more bling. It sounds slightly louder with air rushing in, could also be the air box without the snorkel as my attempt to melt the stock snorkel to fit back failed miserably. Now I've only given it a bit of drive so these are only initial bum of the pants fell. Couldn't tell much difference under 4000 rpm, but from 4.5-5k and higher it does seem to go a bit harder, maybe a tiny increase in power but not a massive difference. Checked the ebc and boost seems to go a bit higher. My ebc is set to 19psi and can overboost some time to 20-21psi. After the Nismo pipes the peak shows 22.3psi, so I think boost has gone up maybe 1psi after install. Didn't notice any turbo shuffle on my -5s and my car is mildly tuned to around 310-320rkw. Now before people flame me, like I said these are only initial thoughts, I will be going to dyno the car soon so hopefully will be able to see if there are any actual differences at all ( will be on same dyno ). Is it better than the modifed twin turbo pipe? I don't know, could've net the same gain if any, it certainly looks better thank stock pipe. So in conclusion no real negatives (on my setup anyway) besides a burning hole in my wallet. If anyone is interested I might do a write-up with photos.
