    So my R33 failed its pink slip this week and i need to replace my rear rack ends and tie rods and ball joints.My question is this: given the cost of the HICAS applicable parts is it possible to lock out the HICAS and use non HICAS rack ends? or Can i use a HICAS emilinator kit like http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Total-HICAS-Eliminator-Kit-for-Nissan-Silvia-S13-S14-S15-Skyline-R32-R33-R34-/161489904354? Will having this kit lead me to further issues passing the pink slip Or do i need to use all the HICAS rack ends? TIA
