  4. I was only really thinking of it as a way to spend some time messing around, as an excuse to enter into shows and such. Not a completely nuts thing. Time to reconsider I think....
  5. Never thought of that one.
  6. Fair enough, what do you think the ballpark would be for all gear, excluding the car. Like 3-5k?
  7. I knew I couldn't be the first one to think of it.
  8. Formerly known as the "Extreme Auto Expo" When: 27th & 28th November Where: Adelaide Showgrounds Site: http://www.extremeautoexpo.com.au/ Will be going, and hoping to see a few show-quality Nissan's. There's the usual suspects, Silvia's, a few Skylines, VL's, Hot Rod type stuff. Who's going?
  9. Similar to what I was thinking:
  10. I get that you would need that stuff, I was more wondering about the electrical side of things. Surely you couldn't just shove all that gear in there without doing any sort of electrical work.
  11. How deep pockets?
  12. Bad quality mock up. On top of the rear window, would look pretty nice.
  13. Hi all, what would it take to create a car for sound-off competitions? I mean those crazy things that you see at car shows with heaps of speakers and subs and the like. I've wanted to make one for a while, but other than the sounds gear, what else is needed? I'm a little bit (Although not completely) clueless in this area, so any help would be useful. Cheers
  14. I really want these to be a thing. Would they really be one off if the SAU logo was the same, but just the username was different?
  15. Hi all, not exactly sure where to put this one, but I have an idea for SAU members. SAU stickers with out forum name on them. Whenever I see a Skyline or Stagea on the road, I always think "I wonder if they're on SAU or not" If we could get stickers (Something like the SAU logo, with our forum name next to it), we could all know. Would be happy to support this if people are interested. Cheers
