  2. Of the 2 choices the Vibrant. 304 stainless steel designed for noise reduction - plus looks better. (have a mint 5zigen Jasma oval Muffler in black but alas it's 3" Michael) What about places like HiTech in Sydney?
  3. Doh - just got home
  4. went for a blat in the GTR this eve Loved it a plume of fume's at sunset from the lights looked so good in the rear view
  5. Thanks mate for posting back. Will help someone down the track. Like the idea
  6. If John bought it then it will suit the vehicle Doing a clutch the first time and doing on the garage floor is definitely a painful process Expense is in the cost of the clutch, not the install. IMHO it's best to get it installed too (That way there is no argument if it's clutch components or install that's the issue if things go wrong,) Edit: You bled the clutch cylinder properly?
  7. personally I wouldn't be driving it. You have to be certain you ordered the right clutch, flywheel and bearing. Then adjusting the peddle etc ... Your right to ask for help is what I'm saying
  8. Who's your favourite ? lol Well after doing new plugs and battery on Friday the GTR wouldn't start Got annoyed and let her sit and think about what she'd done wrong to me !!! Until today. I decided to take a look and eliminate things it could be. Started going through things from Fuse to Fuel pump via ignition was the plan. Checked Fuel pump fuse and all other fuses. Fuel pump was priming ok or at least making the right sounds. No idea if fuel was getting to the injectors yet. Was starting on removing the valley cover to get to the coils, loom etc and the new plugs and thought I'd just try the ignitor first Kicked over first try when I put my spare in - always the simplest things hey ... I was that I didn't have to keep going
  9. it is worth trying this old chestnut right now because it can be the issue (I know from experience - today!) Ignitor - swap with a friend who has one. 5 minutes will rule it in or out and is the easiest thing to do need a 4mm allen key and 5 minutes
  10. No worries Kyle, call you and organise a time to come by tomoz
  11. Couldn't see OP's post so will try that ## again

  13. Well after washing the cars 2 days ago then with rain and then dust yesterday I washed them again today.... also put new Ultra high performance Century battery in the 32 and new spark plugs a lot easier to do than 33's and 34's but still a pain due to strut brace and valley cover bought some Stanley tools from Supercheap ($280) and then returned them an hour later. Stanley are Shit tools now days. Will go out to that new Total Tool shop in Fyshwick as apparently they have quality tools !!
