    Seriously don't think so Shell. It's not like it's plugged into socket. It will be hard wired and terminated in box on the oven. Definitely an electrician required. If you managed to find someone not qualified then the sleepless nights worrying about it and the possibility of something grave happening. Call in a qualified electrician
