I could forgive a mistake by a new apprentice and the subsequent visit fixed BUT 3 visits to the brake specialists and the owner of the shop doing the test drive afterwards saying "geez mate that's not good - I dunno whats wrong". to Kudos Motorsports. Orderd a new Brake Master Cylinder last night. Received prior to lunchtime today. F#cking awesome. I called Andrew at Kudos yesterday lunchtime and asked if he had one and if so to get it to me quickly. He rang me back in 5 and said yep got one and as soon as you cut an order I'll post o'night express. Expect Tuesday if you order at night. So orderd last night and it was waiting for me when I got home

Just 2 options IMHO that is. Ditto Zebra's comments. 1. Keep the N1 and rebuild sensibley with some great forged pistons/rods. $10k 2. You can sell the N1 block for the price of a good new rebuilt RB26. Dont get caught up in the chase for kw's.

"There's probably still air in the system " Issue resolved: Cause: Air in the system - Brake & Suspension Shop put rear calipers on the incorrect sides thus mounting them up side down. ie: bleed valve at base (air rises!). ACT Brakes took less than a few minutes to identify this, 20 mins to remedy, then bled in the correct order and the ABS was bled as per recomendation in this thread. Brakes work great for the street on the existing BMC however to make it even better I'm putting on a new BM57 (17/16) to suit Which I orderd just in case. Thanks everyone for your help. Lesson - check the obvious and mark the calipers FR, FL, RR, RL. Perhaps in brail for the blind

Hi - thought i'd share Cost me $4k for both eyes in 2002. Condition: Astigmatism Lasik - No pain and no regrets. Results immediate - drove home both times (1 eye at a time a week apart) Perfect vision - better than ever Canberra Eye Hospital - Dr Iain Dunlop Got the video and all. Over a decade since then and my eye sight has slightly deteriorated but that's to be expected. At the time I first went they said it would get rid of my need for glasses but my eyes would naturally get worse with age. I'll be going back to see what's next. Hopefully same again.
