  1. Damn man that's a fopar ! Is it new ?
  2. Im impressed you drove all the way down from cairns to Shep, took your car out on the track and drove all the way back to cairns. Now thats a skyline enthusiast !!! If I was still contracting I'd buy your 26 and drop it in my GTT.
  3. Ask for a 6month extension to pay and make em wait. I dont think any dispute will succeed unfortunately.
  4. a fluffy dash................your shittin me right thats worth a hudred killerwasps right there
  5. Hi Daniel, Mark is right on the Full Service but normally I expect that is done straight after you buy a car, if its not been done very recently, as it gives you the clean base to work from. I'm no expert so your questions might be better in the forced induction thread on the main forum. IMHO - as for ECU's it;s what your tuner reccomends, as they are comfortable with what they know, that will get you the best results. I run a Haltech, others Autronic, alot of Power FC's and some Microtechs. Which shop to go to maybe you next question and I can't answer that one either as I dont use locals. Check out the thread at the top of the ACT main page. See everyones thoughts and then make your own mind up. Personaly I use Croydons in Sydney because they built my engine and installed my Haltech. Cheers S!N If your budget doesnt alow then look at the advice above "you will need to get an RB20 or 300ZX ECU to get Nistuned". Most cost effective for a 33.
  6. Well done on fitting the FMIC. Any difficulties? I know when I bought my first skyline, a GTS-t. I bought a kit thats designed to fit.....Yeah right !!
  7. Hi Ian, you rolled all the way from Cairns to SAU Nats in Shep and back again. You could have at least bought this RB26 down and put a for sale sticker on it
  8. IMHO - Yes ECU next (Flash the unit you have, NIStune or go full replacement) Anything 700cc or more is fine. If you intend going E85 go a 1000cc - IMHO
  9. Assume you have a 1. 3" or 3.5" exhaust and a free flowing filter (Pod or K&N panel) - $1000 2. Aftermarket ECU or piggy back - $2000 3. Injectors - $600+ 4. Fuel pump - $350 5. Drop in cams and cam gears - $1500 and when was it last tuned? $700 and then maybe look at Turbs - $2500+ ps. second hand parts will be cheaper and riskier
  10. Hi my names Richard ..................and I'm a chronic alcoholic. It's comforting seeing you all here.
  11. Lulz
  12. So this event is getting little to no attendance from SAU ?
  13. Spotted gun metal 32 near bonython. gave a wave and got one.
  14. yeah shameless advertising hey - the guy wanted some pics so I went back there on a weekend. Only spray work, no panel stuff. Each time I see smash repairs in the pic I cringe !!!!

  19. So this is what I have collected - Z32 AFM - A proper garret spec GT3076r kit from GCG with the .82a/r housing and 4inch surge slotted inlet - Blitz SpecR dual solenoid boost controller, wiring and display - Bosch 73LB(~750cc) EV14 injectors - Full turbo back 3" exhaust system with a Kakimoto Regu 06&r Catback - A tuned Nistune ECU (by Trent at Status/Chequered Tuning, 304rwkw) Came with all this kit. - Nismo fuel pump. - FMIC (fitted). - Auto trans with stally/torque converter (MV built) What else is needed besides time/effort and gaskets?
  20. I'd love too Kat but I dont have the coin to buy AP 6 pots ATM. I reckon all up Ive paid half the cost but likely half the stopping power too So all done today. Front stone gaurds straightend out, rears fit with less gap. I'm now running the Brembo Calipers. I had them fully serviced by PBR prior to putting them on. DBA Rotors T3 = 6 x 6 wiper slotted. (Newer design/model) Bendix SRT pads ($291 a set !!) nxt time I'll go Project Mu. HEL metal braided lines and good quality brake fluid. Cost a damn fortune today - Feels doughy on day 1. Need to pump em up at the moment or they go halfway down prior to any feeling in the foot. IS THIS NORMAL ? I'm taking my GTR back on monday to have them re_bled. I'll take your advice on putting through heat cycles before tracking next year.
