  1. Damn I thought it was #anewturbo better luck next time
  2. Them and any Pedders place
  3. not my cuppa tea screw it never seen a GTR with gauges on the bonnet, hope I never do it';ll open yourself up for people breaking them off but if your serious I'd put a plate underneath the bonnet, attaché the gauges through the bonnet and put a 2'nd plate over the top. screw or use small bolts/nuts. Aluminium bonnet you may end up with a real mess. I'm not sure you will have space on the apron to do it.
  4. Take one out at a time, spray the top red and put back in if you want it to look the same.
  5. 'Dirty deeds' and they're done dirt cheap bit of Australian rock
  6. Spotted Rosie's very clean 34 Charnwood this morning. Cruised from Charny to near the city with him.
  7. 1. RHDjapan 2. Give it a shot and if your not happy with the result see 1. 3. Get comprehensive insurance with free windscreen included in policy
  8. bolts look dressy mate did you have fun getting the parcel shelf out ? drop by next weekend and see if your interested in a mint steering wheel at a modest price tempting you.... . a rear wiper delete plug or place cap over wiper nut (or spray black till your ready)
  9. 40 bucks - sweet

  11. use your charms and sell mine
  12. Ideal for shell to track wont last long for those dollars
  13. Just because you cant make it maybe your GTR can and will.........
  14. never enough 32 p0rn keep em coming folks
  15. I'd like to get it replated i.e looking new hmm will look into it yeah I know over the top but it's got me thinking
  16. the passion the thing I like about your resto/build is not settling. There is always something that needs fixing or bettering if your like me you stand in front of your 32 and think that's not quite right I'll fix it. Or it would be better with ..... Sometimes just the little imperfections like the rear wing replacement rubber and rust proofing. I've done that but I'm sure a lot just let it go the passion to make it the best you can and improving things over time (money and time permitting) then going back over and making it even better still. Even with Robbies build (an ultimate one) he's still making it better it never really ends and that's a good thing. The things may get smaller and sometimes cheaper but even keeping it maintained is never ending I don't ever think I'll park mine and think - That's it ! ..........I'm certain most with the passion would agree To ever sell would be the worst due to the investment on all levels. Kids leave (and sometimes a wife) but the GTR......NEVER........lulz
  17. your doing a great job there Ants bit by bit it's coming along really nicely
  18. good advice. I've never visited the site but I have seen a few cars bought from there (normally sub $1k commodores)
  19. I painted my engine bay and removed the plates. When it came time I used metal rivets instead of the plastic ones - so hope don't get in strife or loose a sale if I ever sell. I have seen the blue flake a little off the plate so I'll double check mine in the morning. I wouldn't expect degreaser would remove it but something like carby cleaner and a rub now that I can see causing damage to the plate.
  20. just what I need a drunk of particular ethnicity wanting to buy my 34 GTT for chump change second call from the same guy over the last cuppla days. hektik mate maybe if I take the rims, nistune, turbo, injectors and fmic your offer may come close too many kids, tyre kickers and plain numpty's
  21. sorry dude Today I prepped and painted the brake booster, 2 metal chassis type rails in the engine bay and the wiper arms (VC)
  22. I'm fairly certain post late 91 is the one that doesn't have the 3 prong crown screwed on the back. It does have a small hole in the rear skirt (which replaced the 3 prong crown). Changed 2 over last weekend. I'm certain Andrew has responded by now. I'd go new to Terry. Double the cost of a good one but not a single imperfection
