  4. Ditto - i still run xenons, never given a thought to it, never been asked to remove them, still not fussed I think if the RTA failed you for this then they're just being kents have heard compliance shops cutting wires and sticking standard globes in but that's a butchers job and can lead to issues down the track
  5. Doesn't look to shabby and sounds like you know what your doing
  6. So this is your reason for not going ahead with buying my Volk GTC's. I mistakenly thought you were looking for a set of rims that fit a 32 GTR, not that you were looking for a set of rims that wouldn't ! Here I was trying to convince you that my rims were built for GTR's, fit and sit flush with no scrub. Doh! - Now I realise I must have seemed stoopid to you. You should have started off telling me you were after heooge camber & stretch/stance, didn't care about legal, performance or safety. Then I could have just ignored instead of wasting time. Sorry mate I'm not a fan of that particular style/look and lack of driveability.
  7. Clean up the entire engine bay and vehicle. Have a really good look over it, - Decide if it is worth spending effort and money on Are the chassis rails straight, any rust, steering components, tyre wear, brakes, oil/water/air leaks, lights What info did the previous owner give you? Have you done a fast and revs check? If keeping Give it a major service including a good engine flush (Liquid Molly or Wurths). All fluids, plugs, filters Did you get any service records with it? When were the belts done including timing belt then go through and list all the remaining obvious issues standing still, then take it for a drive and list any running issues. get an idea of parts and prices (does it scare you?) if not attack them methodically/logically What aftermarket mods including ECU? For the In cabin, dash lights and indicators - verify all fuses and relays Sludge is from leaking covers and water laying around Being a 96 33 GTS-t I expect your young and your budget is minimal As you said there is a reason some cars are cheap. Some times you can get a gem that just hasn't been maintained
  8. Looking for a reasonable R32 GTS-t steering wheel in ok condition for recovering PM me a pic of what you have and price please Thank you
  9. Item: Blitz Nur-Spec R Exhaust - R32 G T R Condition: Very very good. Price: $550 Payment: Cash / Direct deposit Freight: buyer to organise Contact: via PM Comes with new silencer that can be inserted. Sounds tuff as nails Also have a 5Zigen muffler (jasma) also in Top Condition - $200
  10. Pic for reference on oil pressures OEM oil pressure switches are notorious for giving up (but they are over 20years old) so false / flakey readings show on the stock gauge. Replaced mine and works as it should ($110 from Kudos. Half price ). Good aftermarket Gauge and Sender will be more accurate.
  11. mine is highflow OP6 (GT2871) on 25Det Neo - 245rwks at 17psi not sure there is much more in them to be honest. best go for optimum not maximum (bad shit happens when maxxing) uncertain what E85 can achieve tho
  12. 300rwkws (400hp) will cost you $6k without internal engine work. Engine will be fine with that power level. No need to worry.

  15. as Terry posted above + 34GTT 4 door - $10k Rebuild if/when it blows - NOT before WA guys will know who is best to take with you or the car to check any prospects out 500 to 600hp - I'd give that idea away A more realistic aim - between 400 to 450HP Engine Rebuild - $8k to $20k
  16. as above makes sense or superglue on the end of socket, wait till set, undo slowly (no heavy impact that will break the bond) maybe worth a try friggin numpty's who did that
  17. Did you check the main relay in the engine bay ? Double check all fuses and the fuses/relays in the engine bay
