Having a look at a Skyline soon and the owner is claiming he rebuilt the engine using forged parts (CP Pistons, nitto rods, ACL Race bearings, N1 oil pump and a new rb26 head and valves (Engine blew due to melted rings from running lean due to using the stock gtst fuel pump, apparently)), how will I know the engine has these components (he doesn't have receipts). Also what should I check, what are common issues with the rb26dett? Also it's a r33 gtst with an rb26 conversion (still RWD). Thanks!
