  1. Spotted a silver V36, yesterday about 4PM at the Grand Junction Rd. Who was that?
  2. In my de reg paper it shows 2011 with 30000km and 2013 with 50000km records of the mileage. When the car hit Adelaide in 2014 it was 60000km on the clock. Pretty obvious evidence of a normal usage.
  3. Keeping in mind that the dereg papers are issued by Japanese authorities it would be too fiddly trying to forge them for sake of $20K car. Unless the Jap owner had been winding down the clock on the regular basis before every mileage check. It's all about the freshly imported cars. Ones they've been in Ozz for a while you can't trust anyone.
  4. Could you please explain, how can you fudge the Japanese dereg certificate?
  5. When I got mine car, she was slammed on coilovers so I scratched exhaust pipes every time passing over a speed bump. This is my definition of "lowered".
  6. One of my work mates was running just a bit lowered (not slammed) SS ute for a number of years until got pulled over by an unhappy cop. Caused him a bit of drama going through pits two times. It appeared that he needed to put not only original springs but also replace all shockies cause they were 5mm lower (sagged due to time) plus his exhaust system was modified all over. Also needed to fix all leaks which holdens are notorious for.
  7. Is that legal in SA? Would coppers love us more with tinted lights as they are usually picky on imports ?
  8. Wheels specs please.
  9. Still better that 5ish grand.
  10. I'm in another state now. Sorry.
  11. We'll see how many of us are going.
  12. Goran is a good bloke. When I brought mine I was nearly about to buy OEMs from American G37 but Goran saved the day. Hi stashed those OEMs he used on mine for the future v36 being brought in Adelaide.
  13. Yeah. I have no big issues with my car lowered. Handling is sharp and still soft. But be aware that it is a deceiving feeling. I realized that first when scratched at passing a pretty wide speed bump. Just bought a couple of wrenches but have now time to lift her up a bit.
  14. Having read your blog. Welcome to the slammed family with your BC coilovers. How are speed bumps feeling? I'm really struggling. Have to pass them very slowly and sort of diagonal way. Some of them cause ugly scratchings especially ones at the Tea Tree Plaza parking.
  15. Nice man. That little button on the rear cover looks like a parcktronic thing?
  16. When is the next Vs meet-up? Anyone knows?
  17. Was it any SA V35-36 meet up before?
  18. So when would we see Adelaide V36 cruise?
  19. I would say, when it is +40 degrees outside plus driving harsh like almost all of us do.... I would definitely not want a thin oil in my gearbox.
  20. Does the guy install it by it's own or it's Russian folks involved? $1900 sounds better though.
