Hey Guys, I'm looking at purchasing a Fresh import, a 1993 Nissan Skyline R32 GTS-t. It's been fully complied but its not registered and doesn't come with RWC, Obviously to pass compliance it has to go through strict laws am i correct? Would it be safe in saying that getting a RWC for the car shouldn't be a tough task? Considering it should have been complied properly? Any help with this matter would be great - Trent
