  1. Must agree with dose pipe on that one. Theres good money to be made in wrecking old nissans.
  2. Any chance of bringing back the view new content button on the desktop site Mr prank?
  3. I also received my first notification since update but now getting weird code among text on all content on android app.
  4. There is a complete dash for sale in Melbourne going cheap. I will pm you details.
  5. EBay and Gumtree are your friends for a lot of parts. There was a 33 dash for sale recently for like $50 on eBay. Why do you want to replace the whole dash. Is it damaged from the air bags deploying?
  6. Super glue ftw. In my case I burnt an led while trying to solder the USB back on. Oops. The guys at adaptronic came to my rescue. Absolute legends.
  7. Hey Grant. Here's the pics. I used to have it the other way so the loom plugged in from the right but it didn't leave much room for the USB and wideband input, I ended up snapping the USB port off. Adaptronic was very helpful. This way gives plenty of room above for those inputs and it fits nice and neat, the cover also fits back on perfectly. I did also relocate 2 relays. Im not sure if the GTR is any different but I guess you're going to find out pretty soon.
  8. I too considered a Volvo wagon but somehow ended up with an m35 stagea. Almost a Volvo[emoji3]
  9. Just saying. Freakin double post glitch.
  10. Raise rpm limit to 10k. Lol. Honestly man there's heaps of unopened rb25's out there pushing above 300rwkw doing hard track work and surviving for years. If you want to pull an engine apart to fit a crank collar and oil pump, go right ahead, you may as well put some forged pistons and rods in it and then you can go out and test how much limiter it will take before it goes bang. Then you can tell us how many seconds it took so everyone knows the limit
  11. Toivonen and cresta. Group b rally guys. They definitely could have benefited from today's safety standards.
  12. Hey Grant, yeah it lives in the same location as the factory ecu. I just had to move a couple of relays out of the way and drilled one hole to mount it where I wanted it. Plastic foot well cover fits over it and hides it nicely. I'll take a pic when I get a chance and put it up.
  13. I'll change that to none of that is required if you stay off the limiter.
  14. None of that is required. Fit your ecu, bigger injectors and turbo, retune and enjoy. 250rwkw is a walk in the park for an rb25. You'll need a better fuel pump if you don't already have one. Walbro 255 for that sort of power will be fine.
  15. So many r33's on the market. Wait for a nice clean one to come along. Don't worry too much about km's, focus on condition and working order. Still a fair few good 33's out there. You'll have to pay a bit more to start with but will save heaps in the long run.
  16. Buy an r34 coz rb26 and manualz = real GTR (since we trollin the troll)
  17. Hey prank, I'm not getting any notifications on android app either and the text in my inbox messages is a bit weirdo. Also when I open the app it doesn't auto update and is a bit slow to refresh. I know these will be ironed out soon enough but thought I would mention it. Good work on the update.
  18. Can't go wrong with that. My 21u high flow made 260rwkw on 98 and 312rwkw on E85 last Saturday. Bang for buck, can't be beat.
  19. Buy one. Leave it stock, happy days.
  20. The tune was done by Simon Phillips at Vic dyno hire in Ballarat. Simon has a very quick turbo datsun 1200 improved production racecar and has tuned quite a few other ip race cars. I decided to give him a go as he was available at short notice and im glad i did. It was a bit of a hike driving to ballarat but i figured i've driven further for track days and his hourly rate for dyno time was very attractive and offset the fuel costs. His service, thoroughness and attention to detail where excellent and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone in his area or willing and able to travel to ballarat. Ive covered around 300km since getting the tune and the car drives like an absolute beast when on the gas and cruises beautifully in all other situations. Gotta love E85 for that.
  21. This happened yesterday morning. Car is tuned on e85 now and responded very well to timing increases. Ended up with 312rwkw and 476nm @ just under 20psi. Yeah baby. That run was done without any additional timing below 4000rpm so the power and torque below that will be a fair bit better than what the graph shows. Was starting to run low on e85 so we stopped doing power runs after that. VID_20160702_121358_643.mp4
