What temp is the thermostat that you put in? If the engine isn't reaching the tstat temp after 10-15 mins then I would say it is stuck open if your gauges are correct.

I believe it depends on the largest tyre/rim size that is on the cars tyre placard. You could always get a GTR one and slap it on if it shows a bigger size. Most cops and Vic roads, regency officers wouldn't know any better.

Yep, havoc do top quality work and very reasonably priced. They are quite busy due to this.

I use a couple of blocks of 33mm chipboard. Drive the front wheels on them. My Costco alloy Jack fits under but handle won't clear if blocks aren't used

Just a couple of quick and easy things you can check. If you have a hand controller, try changing the return to idle fuel cut off. Try increasing or decreasing it and see if it has any effect. From memory that should be on the screen where you set the idle. Also make sure that your car is idling at what your set point is. E.g if the controller is set at 800rpm but the engine is idling at 850, adjust the iacv so that the idle matches the set point. This had happened on a previous car of mine and was causing all sorts of weird idle issues. I adjusted the iacv to match and it ran beautifully.
