Good work[emoji106] just had a look at the supp regs for rexmas. Untimed event and only 80% of your usual speed allowed. That sounds gayyyy. Lol. I'm out for rexmas. -
Hey guys, I'm after a cheap set of rims to use as track wheels for my R33 gtst. I'm not really fussed what they look like, dog ugly is fine, a pair is fine as I don't care if I've got different fronts and backs as long as there not cracked or buckled. The cheaper, the better. Lol. The fronts have to be around 18 x 9 +22 or quite close to that. 8.5 to 9.5 with offset between 15 to 30 should work. The rears ideally can be 18 x 9 +22 but offset up to 38 will work.8.5 to 9.5 will be ok too. I'm in s.e Melbourne, so if your within an hour drive and have anything to offer, pm me or respond here. Thanks

vic R34 exhaust
admS15 replied to eddie100684's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
Price for exhaust? -
If it is the vct, it would be stuck in the on position. That would explain the power loss after 5.5k, that's around the switch off point. I'm not really sure how you can trouble shoot it. I have seen second hand vct gears for sale on eBay for cheap as if it comes to that. Good luck.

Bought some today as well. That's the deal of all deals. Even did free delivery to Melbourne. -
Almost worth getting a cheap set of 18's for track wheels. May look slightly gay. Lol

Just in case you guys haven't seen this Cheap A050 Can confirm price and stock is there.

In your case Jussi, you've replaced just about every consumable and not so consumable item there is. I think it's about time some good luck comes your way. You should be able to start enjoying some track day reliability. If the bad stuff keeps happening, you may have to consider renaming yourself Greg [emoji16]

Apparently seller wouldn't budge.

I was told it was around the 50k mark.

A friend of a workmate of mine bought it. Drove up from Melbourne today for inspection and test drive, bought it. He was looking to buy an R35 and somehow settled for a R33. Must be a pretty special 33.

Nice part selection, very similar to what I'm running except for the Nismo 1.5 way. Much want. Have you decided on which sandown event yet? -
Pretty hard to decipher what he's on about really. At least we've covered all bases. Lol.

Getting a modified r33 gtst roadworthy
admS15 replied to vxsr33's topic in General Automotive Discussion
It will be very hard to get a rwc with those mods. The hole for the ic particularly (In Vic, an engineers certificate is required) , unless you know a mechanic who is lenient. I would either be paying the extra 1k to save myself the hassle or passing up on the car totally. If the car is real nice and you have to have it, just pay the extra $. -
I have removed the fuel damper in my r33 and fitted a flex sensor in its place. Hasn't caused any problems. Car starts and runs fine in all conditions.
