Whatever the Tune may be. Discovery Series 1 is the only vehicle besides Commercial, that could handle 4.500kg towing these days!!! As you can get Iron Man B Rated Coil Spring for the rear & mine weighed 2.5t wet weight (no sway with a tri-axle flatbed trailer loaded)! As Dodge RAM 3500HD, Chevrolet Silverado 3500 & Ford F-350 all count as Commercial Vehicles on Rego... With Dual Sun Roofs, V8 & full leather you seriously can't go wrong!

Badluck, but my LSD Diff breaks Traction just the same as yours! Lol Therefore you turn the VDC off when you're ready to take off from uneven surfaces... -

LSD it is for the GT-8 & 6MT...Best Ever Spec Sheet!!! Thank you so much Greg AAA+++ PS. Do you read/write Japanese? To do the same and source out a workshop manual in English in any format as I can only find a Japanese CD Workshop after countless searches! -
Damn I would of got the CAT combo one if I knew about it before!!! As an Exhaust shop was saying it was going to be $1,500 for a set of CATS if I needed to replace mine in the future! How do the In-Line Resonator pipes; (http://www.kinetixracing.com/kinetix_350Z_and_G35_resonated_test_pipes.aspx) produce slightly more rwhp???, Than the S.S Test Pipes; (http://www.kinetixracing.com/kinetix_350Z_and_G35_test_pipes.aspx) Or shall I go for the Spun CAT design (http://www.kinetixracing.com/kinetix_350Z_and_G35_high-flow_catalytic_converters.aspx) with improved strength & more clearance??? As when I bought the car, the front left CAT was touching the underbody when under load. After the exhaust system got fitted, its been better after some slight man power bending. But I can still hear it when uphill in 1st gear taking off!

Isn't the above picture what a Velocity Plenum is Andrew?http://www.z1motorsports.com/350_g35/product_info.php?cPath=427_429&products_id=2172 Cosworth Twin Air Intake USD: $1,342 vs Kinetix Velocity Plenum USD: $758. Well obviously anything with a dual air intake will piss over a single air intake anyday. Like the 370GT's have... Cosworth is the photo below, correct? What about O2 issues. Anyone have issues with aftermarket Plenums or Manifolds on here???

I started with a K&N Air Filter.I was doing thousands of kms prior to swapping for x2 Hiclones & I always managed more kms on the highway!!! So I only have them fitted on x2 of my vehicles...

Would my CVT (GT-8) be open diff as well then??? I am assuming open diff means Non-slip Differential??? As I want to do a Diff Flush but stuck in finding out if to get AmsOil (75W90) Normal GL-5 LSD Diff oil or NS (non-slip) GL-5 Diff Oil??? -
Has anyone else got this setup as I am about to get??? I want to know what Air Intake you're running & if you're getting any O2 Sensor Errors with yours?
-
And that's the way I am keeping it Francis. Mainly Highway driving & the occassional 2-3 laps to set my best track times. I seen what happened when you do 6-7 laps at a time!!! Wasn't good for the health of the box at all Is there a service kit available for the Extroid anyway? Ie Gasket, Filter & O-Ring altogether in a kit??? I went to CVT.co.nz & not one part is for the Extroid!!!
-
I don't know, it's a big debate... It totally makes sense that you'd think it would just restrict your air travel into the manifold. But on my Land Rover Discovery-ES 1994 V8 3.9L model I managed about 23% increase in mileage on the highway with x2 Hiclones fitted after comparing previous interstate drives (and I drive non-stop)! Air density could of played a role, but it would still make at least 15% more mileage on the highway with a steady stabilized foot throttle position! But for city stop & start driving, forget it!!! Only good for interstate driving in my opinion!!!

Does that mean all the fancy tuning kits around the world (specially from US) are a waste of moolah because you can't get anymore out of them like you would with an Osirus? Sounds like Aussiei Rus (Russia & Australia combined), ahhaha I only run 98RON fuel always as it is anyway, so that's no change

V35 Skyline English Workshop Manual
PaulReeves.com - GPOWER.TV replied to rs73's topic in V Series (V35, V36, V37 & Infiniti)
Did you end up finding an English Workshop Manual Richard? And how good or bad is the Owner's Handbook from NZ? As I was thinking of getting one tonight... I found a web site (www.epcatalogs.com/search/?keywords=V35) that sells a CD of the Workshop Manual (USD: $50) that is for the V35 Model Coupe & Sedan Skylines but is only available in Japanese!!! But of course you could translate whatever you require from the PDF bit by bit in Google Translate... -
Excellent that you know a lot about it Scotty With the ECU Chip. What is the best one that is available out there to have a street to race (settings stored) toggle switch inside the car to switch over when needed??? And damn, wish I had you do my exhaust instead!!! Change those low sagging stock CATS which are the lowest part of my under carriage!
-
But would that be the KTF-1 CVT Diagnostics? Or the old NS-2 CVT Diagnostics??? Or it doesn't matter when reading the CVT?
-
Can you move it to my Signature Line below my track times then if you still can somehow? As it was wrote out specifically that I won't get back again
-
Lol, I was never super or Turbo Charging mine!!!Is the Derale H you're talking about the bulbus thing that is connected at the front? Are you saying that the B&M kit won't do much cooling when it goes to the track? If it won't, do you know which company of brand could supply me a gauge with a sensor that would not stuff up anything when installed & let me read its temperature live, to save myself the hassle by overheating it???

AutoTech Engineering in Granville, NSW ($120 for 2 Graphs, 1 with AFR's & the other Torque). Both laminated sheets will have speed & rwkw) Let me know how you go. Because my aim is to reach in the high 100's after a chip is installed -
Do you work at a Transmission place in Melbourne Scott? Like if I brought my CVT PV35 over to you, you could connect it up to your Consult3 Software to check my TCU of the CVT?

That's why it is VERY IMPORTANT to have a close friend who does Blue, Pink Slips & Removes Defects in your state! It's not just me, I know a HSV Clubsport-VT running a Stage 2 Cam that is registered. Only because of him knowing that person who does inspections for him, can he drive it on drive days with the club like Historic Rego in a way
