Hello All, I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about how I could try to trace my VIN after my Stagea was stolen from storage in Queensland. I reported it to police in September 2019 and one month later when I checked back with police, they had already closed the investigation. They gave up but I don't want to. Whoever has it, had to tow it because she had front end + engine damage and I've attached photos to see. Anyway, thanks for looking in and if you know of any other ways to track the thieves down, it would be much appreciated.

I would say thank you but for your sarcasm that was simply not necessary, typical macho/ego 'man' eh? As the Nissan mechanic told me he searched everywhere and made calls I again made the stupid mistake of trusting I was being told the truth, stupid.... stupid.....

I have had my 2001 GT300 (here in Australia) since 2013. During that time, the VDC dash light remains on permanently and my engine light never comes on even on ignition. When I had problems with oxygen sensor, neither independent mechanic or Nissan mechanic could source the cause of these problems or the Nissan Error Code PO650 which is described as 'MIL/CIRC.' I am hoping that someone has come across these problems and error before who will let me know so I can finally work out what to do. Thank you,

In relation to 'write off', she was insured for third party (being under 25 not able to pay $2,250 per year). I live on the Gold Coast and every smash repairer I contacted for the last six months has been too busy to assess her. I don't have the money for the repair anyway but would like to see her go to a Nissan enthusiast rather than some wrecker. If anyone has an offer, I am happy to negotiate. Cheers !

FOR SALE – Nissan Stagea RS4 1997 – I was in an accident in 2014 and there is front end damage though the rest of the car (after the first 15cm) is in excellent condition. It still runs but I’m not in a position to repair her. All of the panels separate to the bonnet and two guards are all in excellent condition and rust free. The interior, upholstery, door linings, flooring is all in excellent condition. The engine has 155,000 km. The price is $3,000 and would be a fantastic car again with time and know how or as parts for another Stagea as they’re getting hard to come by.
