Hey guys, currently doing a DE+T conversion, I have found this black canister mounted under my inlet manifold to have one of the small inlet pipes busted off. Wondering am I right in assuming it’s a vaccum canister? Secondly is this needed?, I am wondering what people have done when they go to a forward facing plenum. see photo attached of the part. Thanks in advance.

Looking to do the exactly the same conversion myself, again purely because of the cost difference. Selling my GT wont fetch anywhere near the cost of a GTT
