  1. Well done to Mikey, came 11th, and Chris came 18th. Good stuff guys
  2. 33 is almost done, just changing the fuel system. Hoping I'll be competing next season
  3. Hence why it's organised by the Mini Car Club, there the only ones that can complete the course without knocking over all the cones
  4. Hmm, start placing bets
  5. To be honest I didn't even know it was on My car isn't likely to be finished by then either, otherwise I'd be keen. Try PM'ing Kaido_RR, although he has a Evo now He just competed in this http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/375908-classic-1-day-rally-11th-sept/
  6. Post the results once they're available
  7. Be great to have a SAUWA Club entry, but at the moment I'm not 100% sure my car will be there I'll get Dan to send an email out prompting people to join in
  8. Well done
  9. Very nice Mikey, now just remember to avoid walls in this one
  10. This is only a few weeks away now. Who's entered ?
  11. Looks like there will be a good tunrout
  12. I bet that's the bit that burns Will the most
  13. Go morning session, the air temps will be cooler = more Power
  14. Risking, Once you're a registereed trader, I think everyone would be very keen for you to provide some pricing for dry sump kits
  15. Dude, the first post was from 2003, I think he may have selected a alarm system by now
  16. So it was worth it cause you actually beat Will ? Will is an awesome driver, so I take my hat off to you
  17. I finished it in a few days, and now going back and playing it a 2nd time. Definately an enjoyable game
  18. This may be of use to other Dry Sumps noobs (like myself), who are struggling to find parts etc. I created a quick list of people who supply parts for dry sump setups. This is by no means a complete list, and I'd appreciate any info from others to expand the list. I'm hoping this will make life easier for others in the future. If anyone has specific part numbers that they know will work for Skyline setups that would be useful too. 19. 595rs are a great street tyre, and probably ideally suited for road/rally, but certainly nothing compared to a genuine semi-slick for track work.
  20. No such thing as a good deal on semi-slicks, if you had the time I'd suggest you get them off Tire Rack in the US. What size are you after ?
  21. Nice looking car
  22. Thats true, but No Limits is a nice social way to get into the sport, and are great fun events. Addmittedly they're not the cheapest.
  23. I see what you're saying, and agree totally that it's not an event, however the only way to improve as a driver is by doing lap after lap etc. Lap times are improtant too, and grabbing a Performance Box, which can provide lap times and race lines are an excellent investment for the racing enthusiast. I've done lots of No Limits events, and certainly would recommend them to anyone getting into Motorsport , but for me time on the track is more important, so tuning days are great value for money
  24. Yeah, although it's hard to use all the power available in a car like a Malloo considering how tight and twisty most of the courses are.
  25. Yes, you beat us by a couple positions, but me and the wife shared the drive 50/50, seeing as its her car
