  1. You're in, but don't forget to transfer the money to the SAUWA account to secure your spot
  2. Have you looked into how much this will cost ? A decent sprayjob in a unique color will be $5k. I'd rather spend the money elsewhere.
  3. The attached entry form should be completed in full and forwarded to the Event Secretary with the entry fee of $170.00 The Competitor and both crew members shall be required to hold a current CAMS Clubman Rally Licence or L2S or superior I don't believe you require either rollcage or harnesses, just if they are installed then they will need to meet CAMS Regs.
  4. Hi guys, We're holding a Social Event at Simworld in Carousel on Friday the 26th of November, starting at 6pm, and going for two hours, including food from Nandos For those who don't know what SimWorld is check it out at http://www.simworld.com.au/ These are full simulators, where you get thrown about etc, nothing like anything you've done before. The general format of the event is: Group 1 - 5min Practice - Bathurst Group 2 - 5min Practice - Bathurst Group 1 - 10min Race 1 Group 2 - 10min Race 1 Group 1 - 15min Race 2 Group 2 - 15min Race 2 Group 1 - 5min Practice - Nurburgring Group 2 - 5min Practice - Nurburgring Group 1 - 10min Race 3 Group 2 - 10min Race 3 Group 1 - 10min Race 4 Group 2 - 10min Race 4 Final - 10min Race (combined results from Race 1, 2, 3 & 4 will determine who is in the finals) * Minimum race time is 55mins ** Comes with food supplied by Nando's, and we can have BYO drinks *** Group size is 9, as there are 9 Simulators Note: The costs $70, and needs to be paid ASAP so we can make sure this happens. The cars will be R32 GTR's, and we'll race Bathurst and Nurburgring to bring back some Skyline history. The a full race simulators, not simple arcade games, so it will definately be an experince. Please register your interest ASAP, so we can make this event happen. Please invite family members (friends, wives, older kids etc), as all Simulators are equal, and doesn't require a drivers license We'd like to have this filled with SAUWA Members and there familys/friends, but will open it up to the rest of SAU if we don't fill the spots quickly. 5. I only found out about this from Murray at the RAC Driver Training Center on Sunday. Not sure if I'll be able to make the first event, but hope to make some of the future rounds
  6. I must admit, up until you get to level 10 it's alot harder to kill things. Once you get some of the good energy weapons then it's relatively easy. Has anyone figures out whether you can get training from the Brotherhood, so you can use the power armor ?
  7. They don't work aswell when there at home, preference is to mount them to the car
  8. Some whiteline swaybars will definately help with bodyroll
  9. Yeah, I'm regretting my decision to get that perk too, it never mentioned about becoming a raging homo *not that there is anything wrong with that*
  10. Brett, We have some rims, drop me an email and I'll lend you one.
  11. Glad you all enjoyed yourselves I have spoke to the manager of the RAC Driver Training center and provided him some feedback about our experience, in the hope that no future glitches occur.
  12. Write a letter to Caltex, they're meant to be rolling it out Australia wide, but I wouldn't hold your breath WA gets everything last
  13. That's a crap excuse, now we have to waiting 10days till she's back
  14. Tab must have taken some, and video, so we'll have to wait and see what she comes up with
  15. I think you did pretty well, and were very consistent with the handbrake turns
  16. Handbrake turns aren't the easiest of things, but it was fun to try and get right
  17. Nice to meet you Michael, really nice car you've got there
  18. Really sorry about the confusion, the office girls hadn't told the guys about our booking, but we did get it sorted in the end. I'll be sending them an email, and hopefully we can get you a free spot at the next event.
  19. Don't forget to be there by 12:15 for sign-on.
  20. Sorry I couldn't make it guys, but work got in the way Anything in the 55's is pretty quick, and the 51.9 by Peter is awesome. Hope to make the next event as an entrant
  21. Pretty sure there is still one free spot going, so if you want rock up with some $$ and pay me for the spot.
  22. There may well be some spots free on the day, so if anyone is interested then please rock up and we'll see what we can do to get you a drive
