I sure have spent more than $5000, but I'm aiming for much bigger power than 350rwhp, so in the end I've been builing up a foundation. I'm very happy with my results so far. Yes you can achieve 350rwhp with alot less than I have spent, there are a number of bolt-on turbo's hitting the market which provide good power and great response.
