Hey Guys n Gurls I have been searching for the last few weeks for a set of R32 GTST sideskirts preferably in the silver colour and also a set of GTR rear pods for a GTST but really i dont care what colour just aslong as i can find some as they seem to be so bloody hard to get! I have called in to heaps of wreckers etc to ask if they get any of that stuff and all have said no, does anyone know any places that stock or have any nice sideskirts for a GTST that suit a GTR front bar? I have some pics to show u why the old ones have come off, basically they were a cheap set of side skirts and rear pods that didnt match the gtst lines at all. I have searched the forums and I just cant find any info etc on where to go to find any side skirts and rear pods. Or if anyone has any they dont want anymore etc? Does anyone know any bodykit places or preferably any places that have standard GTST side skirts or anyone who could source some for me as atleast i know they fit well and dont need to spend $400+ getting a set i hope See how the rear pods dont line up !!! I recently went through the same choices you are making right now, i wanted to upgrade from my nissan pulsar. I looked at a few different cars including 180sx, s13 silvia, r32, r33, rx7. I have driven many cars when i worked for a import yard doing detailing, admin, mechanic work. I can honestly say i found the 180 just lacking the stability of the R32, both had coilovers but the 180 was just too light on the rear and for track work and quick street twisties it just couldnt put the power down without getting the tail out, it feels light and for me it just wasnt right. I took the 33 out and this was the complete opposite, quite heavy and felt big.... again just not for me. next was the 32..... I took this out and honestly there was alil bit of a low torque hole but thats made up for by the sheer reving engine and ability to chuck it into the corners and actually put the power on the road better (if u can get a R32 Gts4) then get it because u'd get GTR grip with the option of pulling a fuse and wallaa RWD. I got a GTST with apexi coilovers, Bee R full exhaust, HKS filter,300zx TT brake upgrade, standard boost etc etc and this lil thing is quick in twisties and on straights too, it wouldnt take long to hit the rev limit. To me i didnt want a ass out drifter or worry about traction when having fun through hills. Thats why i got the R32 it had great brakes, great handling and best of all it looks nice and strong no noise from creaking etc even when on bumpy rds etc, all for $16600! All up, take all ur choices for a nice drive or go for rides in the different types and make up a top 2 and decide on that. It depends on ur personal tastes and driving style cheers BOOSTA

I pick it up on friday lunch time and yes his GTR vspecs he gets in are unreal!! His R34 GTR vspec was nice too tho . Im hell excited that theres only 1 day left till i get it!!! Thanks Chaos, Yeh slipo actually bought my R31 GTS1 wreck after i had a big accident (not my fault just unlucky i aqua plained on the gateway motorway and it flicked the ass out to the left and into a ditch) it came with a Rb25det, Highflow t3/t4, motec m4, rx6 injectors, big fuel pump, GTR intercooler, malpassi fuel pressure regulator, etc But geez it would of been nice to have seen what he did with his car and all the extras he had, would be one nice lil weapon. Thanks Mike and Dave I got my pre purchase inspection today and its all great too. Mike i have been itching to get myself into a hotplate mobile since the last monster, but im glad this one is alot safer and less modified. 240rwkw's for a R31 was just abit much for the ol gurl me thinks, Hope to see you all at the cruise and by all means please come take a look at the new toy and introduce urself! PS mike how do u know bout sth star motors? But its true these guys are great and its been a absolute pleasure buying the car. Hey Guys Thanks for all the positive comments, Wow its nice to see some of the old skoolers still hanging around eg Belgarion, Squizz, and col. Squizz the van finally died on me after it dropped a conrod through the block due to giving it a 1 wheel power slide out of a round about Belgarion tell slip he better be comming on Sunday to the cruise so i can see if he still has my Rb25det and catch up too Col will you be attending the cruise? u better biach cos i wanna drool over ya car hehehe! It'll be nice to finally put the SAU polo shirt on again and actually be owning a skyline too, What can i say Im a die hard skyline fan thru and thru and always will be. Im in queensland, Brisbane and sometimes the Sunshine Coast. I actually filled up my lil pulsar on 98cents the last monday without petrol saver too, I nearlly had a tear in my eye when i saw the price. Under $1 it was a special moment, optimax was only 1.04 too. Cheers Pete

Yeah i know what u guys mean, the flairs make the car look weird kinda crappy... At Caloundra Shell -----> Unleaded last night was 1.07pr ltr Optimax last night was 1.13pr ltr Optimax extreme was 1.20pr ltr I put some in my daily driver pulsar and i honestly think that the normal optimax is better, the lil pulsar just didnt seem to have kick it used to when running normal optimax, and honestly for the extra $$$ it cost i wont be using it. As for my skyline i will probably stay away from the extreme untill maybe the price comes down enough to be worth it From BOOSTA (Pete)

I have just recently purchased a R32 GTST from a great import company in Capalaba South Star Motors (cannot thank these guys enough not once have they pressured me or given me the usual sale crap.) Thanks guys 1990 R32 GTST Its got a genuine 61'000ks log book proven too 5spd manual bodykit + GTR front bar 300zx brake upgrade Apexi Coilover suspension Just Rebuilt! 3" full sports exhaust from turbo back HKS pod Filter HKS turbo timer Plus usual Cold Air Con (just regassed) power windows, power steer etc Sunroof genuine The only thing im not sure on is the flairs on it, but the guys said if i dont like em they could take them off for me no probs. The best part is these guys will cover a clutch if it slips within the 2 months! other places laughed at me when i asked Here are some pics! Hey everyone, how has it been..... Incase people are wondering who the fark i am, I'm Pete a old skool member from back in the SDU days " ahhhh many memories Filling the Caloundra Maccas Car Park full of skylines well me I'm workin with Shell at Coorparoo, lol its not no skyline specialist but does get a few in to work on, anyways I am on the look out for either a R31 gts-x or gtst for around 10 - 14k (must be manual and in decent condition), if anyone knows of any car yards, or private people selling there skyline could ya give me a holla..... Hopefully i'll have a new Skyline by "Launch Day for the Club" Cheers Pete

Just go to here.... www.mangacars.com and sign up there, theres like stock bases, eg like skyline R32, R33, R34 GTR etc etc.... and theres tutorials to show you how its all done, it's a good time waster and helps with stress... makes u concerntrate on sumthin else! Cheers Pete
