Yep got them too. Found the straight up cycling pants to be less restrictive. Uncool but less restrictive.

I will have to start doing longer rides on the weekends. Or perhaps change my commute home to take detour with a longer distance. Have the cycling pants already. they look ridiculous but they are so much easier to ride with.

yeah my daily commute is 20km round trip. 100km a day is going to kill me

Hey team A few mate and I are going to do the The Great West Australian Bike Ride next year. Haven't ever done any long distance riding like this before so I'm really keen to do it. Anyone here been on a similar ride/adventure? dips are great i used to do 3 sets of 25. would get dizzy on the last set also a good way to get your chest and arms pumped up before you head out

You could get a proximity sensor on your alarm. But that tends to annoy most people. sorry about the accent.
