  1. Yep sure did. Took a day or so to show who it was from sorry
  2. that cotton tape is a rip off
  3. Car for sale threads get updated within 30 mins on weekdays. Weekends and nights it takes a little longer. We're testing a few different alternatives in the parts section so it may be a little behind right now. We don't put these systems in place for our own entertainment, they are to benefit the forum/forum users. So we appreciate your patience
  4. In accordance with Section 1 (G) of the SAU (WA) RULES 2009 this thread has been closed. In future, please use the Consoldated Workshops thread located here: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Co...hr-t191756.html
  5. I saw crying whilst watching that move "Beaches." So I'd say pretty sensitive.

  7. Moved to correct WA Subsection
  8. If you are not interested and capable of purchasing this vehicle, then do not post in the thread. Send the OP a PM if you want general tyre kicking info. Warnings will be handed out in future.
  9. strong irony
  10. send them an invoice.
  11. Thread closed. Believe it or not, but since SAU started more than 7 years ago, this topic has been discussed before. Please use the search function in future. It may be found here: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/search.html While we understand that it can be frustrating to have your thread closed - Please consider that other members may feel it to be disrespectful and selfish of you to post a simple question, without using the search feature to review the wealth of information provided by said members over the years. If you still feel that this action is unjust, then please PM me and we can discuss it further.

  13. Trolling/abuse QUOTE (SAU (WA) WASTELAND RULES 2008) (a) Exercise common sense and be considerate toward your fellow users. Diversity of opinion and intelligent civil discourse is encouraged; by the same token, insults and “flaming” are not tolerated. Disagreeing with an idea of another community member is different from attacking that individual.
  14. WGMG- When you're walking your dog and random people stop to pat the dog. Wtf ? Haven't they ever seen a dog before? I don't actually have a dog, but I imagine it would be annoying.
  15. It would be advertising the SAU name. We'd need to moderate everything as we do on here. Last time it worked out to be too hard to police for the minimal advantages it brought.
  16. Thanks for the support Ash. Appreciated To R33Matt - As Ash said, we aim to get the threads/posts released as soon as we can. The way moderated posts work is this: You make a post/thread. It doesn't show up for you. Instead I get an email immediately with the details and a link. I will log onto the forums, check the thread/post and then release it from moderator review if it is a correct post/thread. If it is a complete new forsale thread and is not correct, I will PM the OP and ask them for the missing information. Once received I will edit their thread and release it. If it is just a comment in the thread of "nice car mate good luck with the sale" then I will just leave it in moderator review as it is against the rules. Usually I will come to work 30 mins early each morning, get a coffee and sit down and go through all the emails requiring moderation on SAU before I get on with my normal work load for the day. On weekends I'm not at work so this process is held off until Monday morning. The other 2 WA mods do this process also, however only one of us can receive the emails so they can only check on what can be immediately seen on the first page. If someone were to update a thread 2 months old, they wouldn't see this update as it would be 5 or 6 pages back. We do endeavor to get your posts released in a timely matter. But please remember that we do have normal lives outside of the forum as well and sometimes we can't always be online to immediately release posts. Dan
