Does anyone actually use these? There is only really a few main ways to get into perth. If they say the narrows is jammed... do people really go another way? Who would really try and take back roads with and risk speeding in school zones every 2 mins?

I was in Northern Ireland July last year (their summer) and it was light until 10pm at night. It was VERY convenient. Everyone was still out and about doing stuff well into the night Obviously Perth wouldnt have day light saving at 10pm at night but the extra time in the sun after work would be fanastic for all of us who work 8-5 weekdays.
