Funnily enough oil companies have people they employ who are good with money. these people are able to make sure the company will not go under if people dont buy their product for 1 day. a business owner would get a lot of customers in 4 weeks. sometimes its hard to remember someone you served 2 hours ago let alone a month ago. why dont you go in and see him and show him the rims? that might jog his memory. maybe you are not talking to the same guy who did the work for you? its possible an offsider did the work without letting the business owner know. Everyone makes mistakes.
