  9. How long would a vehicle be allowed to sit in the workshop? If the engine is out and is in pieces, the owner is hardly going to want to have to have it transported back and forth from the workshop to fit in with a roster. If they leave it in the workshop it is going to take up space, if one person is allowed to leave their car in pieces there then everyone else is going to expect to be able to do it. What happens when a part of theirs goes missing? Even the closest of friendships fall apart when trust becomes an issue.
  10. Thats a shame that there is animosity between you two. I don't think workshops would see this as a competitive threat. There is always going to be backyard mechanics out there, the workshops will forever be the ones who pick up the pieces when amateur modifications go wrong Would you just limit it to skylines that can be worked on? What if someones daily driver breaks down and they would like to work on it in the shared workshop? Of course it is remotely possible, whether or not it is economically viable is a different story.
  11. I'd buy a blek one and a red one. blek one I'd modify. The red one i'd keep standard. In a perfect world that is.
  12. I see. Sounds like something completely different then I was referring to one which ran exactly the way you described in your original post. It must not be there anymore. Either way the wise thing to do would be to contact Ken and ask him a few questions as to how it was setup and if it is no longer operating, find out why.
  13. This was back in 2004. It was one of the units at the back. I was lead to believe it was not a business and was just a group of people who rented a large workshop out.
  14. There is a difference between being negative and being realistic. You have to address the objections first before you go ahead with any project I do believe that there was a similar setup to your idea which was located in Malaga, across the road from Hyperdrive. Perhaps you could pm GTRKEN and ask him who was involved with that and then ask them how they over came the aforementioned issues.
  15. thats alotta people. bear in mind this idea would not be a affiliated with SAUWA. also what happens when someone loses or misplaces a tool? or the hoist breaks. who would cough up the cash to fix it? what if someone was injured? would you be leaving cars there over night? would you have to fork out for insurance on all the tools and equipment? the list goes on and on
  16. We can be BFF's Jash. You and me. that is all
  17. lol I guess I'd go the new GTR cause it has wikid air vents for the driver. cant go wrong with air vents

  25. if the dog is barking at someone walking past there usually isnt a problem. we had stupid neighbours at my parents house who would complain about anything... the council advised us if the dog is genuinely barking at someone then its ok. if its barking at its own shadow then there is a problem
