  1. I have cruise control Aftermarket, from AusCruise Was with teh car when i bought it from here in Melbourne.
  2. Like others, ill be interested more close to the close date. BTW, in your sig it says $940 delivered, but this thread is $960 delivered, might wanna fix that up Ill probably confirm my interest 6th or something, got some money inflows that have gotta happend before i wanna commit.... (PS, doesnt everyone hate waiting for payday?)
  3. I found my sway bar did exactly the same thing... less thread for me made it less of an angle... Since i installed the bar (1.5 months ago) i havnt had any issues with it coming loose etc etc *cue SK*
  4. Item: Front strut bar for Skyline/Stagea Location:Melbourne Item Condition:Brand new, just got back from powdercoater today (wednesday 28th) Reason for Selling:Got some left over Price and Payment Conditions:DD or COD, postage at buyers cost Extra Info:Will post them anywhere in Australia, at buyers cost though. Shouldnt be over $20 anywhere in Australia (its $17 to Darwin as an indication) Contact Details:0439 909 610, [email protected] I found a strut bar that fit my stagea, so i bought several for the stagea guys. I didnt like the original color that they came in (anodized blue centre bar and red strut tops) so i got them powdercoated in black. These are the ones left over that i just thought some other people may like (black, good color, not cop bait) The finish on them is as flat as i could get it so that they dont stand out in the engine bay. They are direct fit for R33 skyline with the RB25DET and clear the plenum no issues. It is also adjustable for how tight it is so can be made more "strong" in its effect. Install is 100% easy by anyones standards. The strut bar makes a huge difference with the car "tucking in" before a corner. The car just feels like it pulls much harder into the corner, and bag for buck, add some sway bars and i think its a really worth while modification. PRICE:$85 each + postage Availability: 4 available
  5. $17.00 to darwin Craig. Give me a buzz 0439 909 610 or PM re money transfer
  6. Just got back from picking them up, they sure look good! Craig, ive sent you an email about sending it to darwin, ill take it to the post office with me today and get a quote to darwin city.
  7. What happend to me when i installed my EBC was this I set my map to go like this (just an idea) (high number, more limited boost) 500 - 0 1000 - 0 1500 - 0 2000 - 0 2500 - 60 3000(full boost) - 70 What i found is that when i cruised at near constant RPM, the load points would flick between 0 and 60. This would make my boost shutter and feel almost as if the rev limiter is going off.... So i made the boost limiting curve more smooth, and i now no longer have this problem. Prank, as for a manual conversion, its not as expensive as you may think. Without interior parts, ive managed to pick up the following r33 gear box - 850 GTST master cyl/slave cyl/clutch pedal box/brake pedal box - 350 GTST handbrake (still to buy) ~50 Clutch - what ever your budget is, ill spend around 1000-1300 for a big single PFC - 960 in group buy on SAU Labour - 700 PFC tune - 250 So, its pretty standard after that for the install but i am yet to do it for another month or so (need to get PFC) For putting the PFC in, use a GTST plug and make an adaptor or re-plug the engine harness to suit GTST PFC plug (which is what im doing) Interior parts, ill work that out after i am driving around a manual. I dont mind that special ghetto look
  8. Yeh, dont bother with a 34 GTT turbo as they are hard to come by..... plus, i am looking for one *evil face* HAHAH, na, just keep searching, let the best man win. I search on YahooJP, but can only find new ones. Probably im better off getting a GTST turbo and doing that, or getting an aftermarket turbo... which is probably what i will do.
  9. What are the benifits of slotted over normal discs? Do they go through pads a lot quicker? Is the benifit really there?
  10. Yet again, another great example of how ZipTies have changed car-peoples lives forever! Mr ZipTie is the best person in the world http://www.cable-ties.com/allaboutct.htm
  11. How good is the Stagea workshop manual? Is it worth to buy it? Like, does it explain how remove all parts and how to put em back. Like, engine, interior etc etc??
  12. When they search for parts its like this "Hi, VIN/Trim number please" "*give numbers*" *search, search, search* "Sorry, there is no part for that exact car, we are too lazy to enquire to Japan about this, so can you please piss off" "Ok, thanks for trying" "Bye" So yeh, not too bright these fellas(specially with Stageas), just make sure YOU suggest the alternatives to them
  13. Well for my purposes, sunroof = kg's kg = slower slower = already too slow I will compensate. I remember when i was looking through the stagea parts list at nissan spare parts, stageas actually had SOOO many options. There was litterally 100's of part numbers for options. I wont lie though, i did want the twin sunroofs, they are a COOL idea.
  14. Indeed, what the HELL is a luggage fan? All i got with my car was sticky stuff on my dash (from where stuff was), worn carpet in the rear and velcro on the carpet (under passenger) and a sticker of a 120,000km service... I got jibbed ey? This kinda stuff you cant really know anyway, and i even bought my car from Australia. Oh well, still in good nick. Good 95% of the stuff is getting replaced anyway hehe
  15. Certainly mate, i reckon my car is missing the wow factor in looks. I really love the DAYZ boykit and thats what id want, but i am not one to REALLY care about looks. If my car looks even less sporty, it doesnt really bother me because id prefer as little attention as possible (think, p plater, turbo import, victorian (worst) police etc) Also, my priorities are not in looks, id rather spend that 1.5k id spend on a kit and buy a FMIC, or turbo or something, im sure you understand. But, all in good time, one day, a good deal will pop up for me, and then ill take it
  16. Leather/Electric seats = KG's Cloth - superior I am coming to understand that i wouldnt have wanted all that extra stuff as i am already thinking thats its too heavy without all the heavy options
  17. Well my custom duct into my airbox and how ive cut my bonnet right now, i dont have dramas with water. My duct scoops a LOT of air directly into my airbox, and so far i havnt had any issues with my air filter. I still get edgy in the rain and prefer to drive NOT behind other cars throwing water up, but yeh, no issues. I think the best option if we make the bonnets OEM spec and then people add vents as they want, dont forget we have to make a mould of the bonnet, so we all have to want the same thing, otherwise it cant/wont be done...
  18. I am going to talk to Freddy on wednesday or some time mid week. Do people generally want with or without vents? Whatever i would get i would want to paint it std colour anyway, but i think a vent is a good idea. I am not a fan of excessive vents i like the more subtle stuff. StageZilla, in reply to your question, you will find the vent drains between the radiator and engine block, so it wont leak onto the coilpacks, and anyway when you are going forwards, water doesnt go down. He also has like, add on vents http://www.nissansilvia.com/forums/index.p...opic=114412&hl= So if we make a base model bonnet, and then work from there. If everyone can reply with what they want from a bonnet material wise, vent wise etc ill ask.
  19. Not sure, my celsior had heated mirrors too. I wish they were heated, but everyone that ive talked to doesnt have them heat (heated really does make a difference)

  23. Latest update: I purchased 6 strut bars and have dropped them all off to be powdercoated flat black. The flattest a powdercoat will do is still a LITTLE bit glossy (not as flat as the paint is what i mean) Ill post up some pictures when I pick them up, which should be mid this week Anyone else interested in one for a Stagea? Because, after the two stagea guys that im doing it for now, ill just sell the other ones to Skyline owners if noone is interested, so best to speak up NOW Thanks
