Maybe its best for someone to advertise the car, with the parts on, for price X and say will reduce the price of the car for whatever parts can be taken off? So that way, its minus 1500 off the price for the turbo, minus 1500 for the suspension kit and so on and so forth.
For example, I know when I buy a car, if it has a stereo, I will always ask for the stereo to be removed, even though I know myself that I will later put a stereo in it.
But then again, here is the question. Do people still feel the same about buying a demodified stock car, or does it really have to be "stock". Meaning, its a modificaiton virgin.
