  1. On a highflow ill run probably 10psi as my daily map and lets say something around 17psi for my drags/hills map Too bad the PFC doesnt have dual tunes though.
  2. WOW, crap thats good for stock I reckon my car is quick with ~150...180 is nice!
  3. Roy - I know. I was just thinking about myself hehe Bass - What time you cruising there?
  4. post pics when you pick it up.
  5. How would i do a burnout in a 4WD auto wagon? ...lol Not enough power yet... or not enough manual....yet
  6. Well, heres the deal On 7psi the car is "fast". Then i have a 10psi map without a tune and the car is not as "fast". Then i had that 12psi/14psi map and the car was faster then "fast" without a tune. So maybe the total ammount of air was just overriding the R&R? So these days, for daily i have it on 7. For drags on 7 and... yeh, 7 seems fastest. Meh, I cant wait to upgrade the turbo and put the s**t back up there, with the pfc/manaul too - Alex=one happy chappy
  7. Bass, what time are you leaving your area (mitcham yeh?)? Ill speak to a friend, see if i can borrow his helmet. Id wanna leave here as early as possible, as i dont have a citylink pass etc so i dont think 5:30pm friday night city traffic is fun.
  8. When i got my FMIC and my vac lines were all screwed around, i was running 12psi with 14psi spikes.... damn the car pulled hard ...i loved lifting off boost Anyway, its back to stock 7-8psi now, but to let everyone know, i picked up a screwed R33 GTST turbo for $150 delivered.... soon to be highflowed (after brakes and manual though )
  9. Yes, yes you can. But your car has i all round anyway.
  10. The question everyone will ask... ....will they fit a skyline?
  11. Looks mega hot mate, well done on the wheel choice. I prefer r34 wheels with the caps off too.
  12. There is a few "tricks" which can be used against auto ECU's to run a manual gearbox, but it cant be done the other way around (trick a manual ECU to run an auto) If you are converted to manual, you wont have any issues (but one) to run a powerFC. The issue that i came across was the ecu plug on the engine harness. Now, ive HEARD and mercury said they could supply me a power FC to use the stagea harness, but i assume this was a r34 GTT one. Well, there is differences in VVT 33/34, so i dont know how good that would work and ska doesnt know what model PFC is in his car. I have bought a r33 s2 stock ecu with the plug from japan, ill chop the engine harness on the stag and the replug it up, to suit the r33 gtst PFC i have. The attessa ECU only needs a few ecu outputs, which are on the gtst anyway. (engine throttle position, car speed and something else)....sooo in theory, my method will work....just need a damn gearbox now !
  13. Three things - I may come, only if we get to calder around 4-5pm, otherwise you only get about 3 runs. - Do I need a helmet? Can I hire one or whats the deal with that? - Costs etc? BTW, who needs semi's.... just go auto/4wd.... if only that was worthy to brag about
  14. Find out if you can supply me an LSD for a WGNC34 1997 model stagea, looking a 1.5way. Cheers
  15. Brad, actually, how much have you spent on your car...just out of curiosity. You can PM me if you like mate.
  16. Ross80, you get less hassle with stageas. They are family cars after all . They go OK with minor mods, keep skylines etc easy but they do use quite a bit more fuel (adds up over a year) BTW. Back to the chassis bracing fiasco, under a mate s14 today...they have tunnel braces too.
  17. Quite well, just searching around now for a R32/33 GTR box to manual convert...apart from that, i also need some wheels to fit some brakes . Just bought a screwed turbo ready to high flow and yeh...should be all good in about 3-5 months.. ...then, FINALLY, i can start saving for a house.
  18. Id have to ditto you on that [sTAGEN] RBNT, hows your car coming along?
  19. The fastest ive been in the Stagea on a private road is 170km/h speedo km/h, but havnt been at/over 180km/h. Are we limited at 180km/h like other Japanese cars? Probably people that have taken their cars to the drags would be best to reply as 180 is about 108mph, but i doubt anyones done a high 11/low 12 second pass with that trap speed.
  20. Im still in, at least now i know we could give it a got fitting them outselves. So $600 for a towbar is good. Let me know
  21. AP 4's are an improvement over Brembo 4's but nothing drastic, hence they go for the 6 pots....which the kits are ~5k Though, AP 4's will be a BIG improvement over the crappy 2 piston floaters. The difference between the AP kit and brembos is that brembos are used..unknown conditoons, expensive to rebuild etc. AP's are BRAND NEW, warranty etc etc Make your own choice really. Full Brembo set of calipers ~1500 Discs to suit ~1000 Pads ~500 braided lines ~400 So thats $3400 there AP's Kit ~2900 GTST rears/Discs/pads ~200/400/200 Same price really....
  22. We really need that stagea parts section.
  23. God dam, stupid car, eats the money Count me in, what caliper is it? CP5200? Also, I think you left out the fact that it comes with Ferodo DS2500...right? Get back to me about the best prices you can get, then ill see how I can shift funding. Would be great if you test them out first, as I have to buy new wheels if i want new brakes.... +1500$ for me... so lets try to get those prices down heaps
  24. Wonder if a towbar is a DIY thing. Ill have to ask what he did to fit it to your car Terminal, as my install will be indentical to yours.
  25.
