Yeah I read through that same guide, got it to boot but said there was a particular file missing, one need to boot up windows or something. Pretty much stepped through it exactly but something still ain't right. Oh well I'll keep trying!

I took my front 'S' badge off mine and it left a faint 'S' mark, but that was because of two things: 1. it has been resprayed at some time or 2. the paint around it has faded. I think it may be the fact the the paint faded cause the 'S' shape left behind is a slightly darker shade. I think it looks better anyway without the front 'S' badge!

Hey has anyone got that USB boot thing working yet? I've read through some of the website but haven't been successfull in getting my USB key to boot the OS. It boots off the key but stops cause it can't find some system file that is part of windows.

There's a little circuit board you can get, microprocessor Controlled 12-volt automotive personal computer shutdown/startup controller, (mouth full), which basically after you swith off will hold power to unit in order for it to shut down fully, so you don't have to wait etc. Also detects if power is getting too low. Don't think is very expensive. A guy in Vic Park Perth, Brian from Car Stereo City, is full bottle on these things and does them every day. Give him a call and say Dave from Rycom gave you his name.
