  1. Yeh i recently put a short sifter in and im not use to it wouldn't go into second gear no matter what i tried... Good night though, i'm still keen to meet the rest of use, Thanks to cyrus for showing me the way to willobank Is everyone going to this cruise at cannonhill? Cause i'm coming for somthing to do don't be shy cause i dont bite:)
  2. Lukas, Ask stick or Pro-active off scott street, near annabells pies behind scott street paint & panel - but they are not cheap:(
  3. This is what i run, walbro in the fuel tank to prime serge tank and the 044 to pump upto the injector's, Works fine. Serge tank is to also stop the 044 from running dry
  4. For 8 - 10k you can get a fair bit done on a stock gtst. But nothing beats the gtr Intercooler fitted - $1200 Power FC with tuning - $2100 Turbo back Exhaust - $1000 boost tee - $80 Nismo fuel pump - $380 Injectors - $1000 Cams - $1300 theirs probly more to go that i've missed, thats just over $7,000 GTiR's are very quick once slightly modified, i wouldn't underestimate these beat's.
  5. Hi Dave, What R33 a/f meter's are you refering to, gtst? If yes i havn't herd of these being an upgrade, I've herd of R32 ones being used. I don't know how you would set this up with the PFC, maby power intake? Also the R33 gtst afm's are 80mm and the standard GTR afm's are 65mm so they won't bolt straight up you'll have to customize the piping if you were to do this. I would stick to the options that the PFC give's to you, Z32 AFM or Q45 AFM's theirs plently of z32's going around fairly cheep $250ea but once again you will have to modify you'r intercooler piping Z32 = 80mm & Q45 = 90mm. Their is a nismo afm that bolts straight up also. Nat
  6. Pred, How did they hook up when launching? Were is Aus tire & wheel located? I don't know my way about bris/goldcoast:( Thanks guys
  7. Free reving will give you boost, but this depends on: Turbo size & the engines compression ratio. If you have a huge turbo say GT3040 it won't make anyboost at all while free reving, only when under full load. But if you have a stock turbo with lower compression its not going to make as much boost when free reving, otherwise stock compression you can get the turbo to spool a fair bit when free reving the engine.
  8. Thanks strutto, Were is brissy/goldcoast can i get these RT215's? I had a talk to the guys up here and they said its cheaper to get them direct from brissy, rather than 320per tire! - 255/40/17's

I'll be in brissy at that time - 16th if its still going ahead.
  10. You need a job first warick, removing the AFM isn't always the case! P.S who's tuning it up here!
  11. Hey guys, The test and tune is not to far away i'm packing and getting ready ... I need some good tires for willobank so i can get some decent traction. My car will be doing around 300rwkw's so i'm after some good ones. Any places in brissy were i can get Nitto's or Slick's or good tire's for 17" rims? Thanks, Nathan
  12. Warrick, What was more? what will swap with what? The plug on a Z32 is 5 pin
  13. Have we got some deffinent numbers on who's racing?
  14. Hi all, I'm after a set of TOMEI PON CAMS for my 95 S2 skyline. cheers nathan
  15. I'm still comimg down i leave cairns on the 8th car gets a tune in brisy on monday 11th then it's willobank wednesday night Cheers nathan
  16. You need bouth SAFC only dos the air fuels and the EBC just dos boost.
  17. I'v have had a few faulty new boost ts with the spring collapsing after a day or 2.
  18. After you do all that you still need the fuel to support the biger tourbo eg,fuel pumps, injecters ect you wont get mutch done for 7k.
  19. Hi leigh, Pull it apart and see if it's blocked and chek if the little spring inside hasn't collasped. cheers NATHAN
  20. I have the same set up in my GTST your standard pump will be enough to fill the surge tank but i would replace the old one with the 040 just so you now it's new.
  21. dave (xr8eater) what you said just does not make any sense at all. So if the department of transport replaced the scratched bar with a new one, what makes the scrathed one so rare when it came of your standard series 2 skyline? Can anyone else make any sense of what xr8eater said?
  22. There are 10 series 2 skylines in cairns with that same frount bar it's not "rare" and i bet theres even more down south!!!
  23. Yep it should blow un-normal smoke, see how you go tomorrow.
  24. The compressor wheel won't get anywere near the cat i think you'r talking about the turbine exhaust wheel, if it was to come flying off the shaft from too much heat which is from too much boost, it would be smashed into many pieces meaning its a possibility that it will be in you'r cat. If you'r comp wheel was damaged bits and pieces will be in you'r intercooler Yes you can drive the car but very very slowly, if one of the exhaust wheels has come off but it will be a slug so don't try and bring it onto boost, it also should be blowing heaps of white/blueish smoke. I personally wouldn't drive it until you examine the problem closer.
  25. Hey what comes with the engine? Cam's, rods, piston, crank etc. So you just have to bolt on turbo's & manifolds, injectors and so on... or bare block ? Nat
