Best tuner in aust for GTR's? That question will only start a debate. There are plenty of good tuners. Benno is known for his work on GTR's. Ray at RE is good at what he does and the blokes at Sabbadin EAS Creatd etc would also be good at what they do. Id suggest you visit the 1s you would be interested in taking your car to and have a chat with them.

continuous driving with piston slap can and most likely will do more damage and requiring a more expensive rebuild. It may not be anything major though.

RB26 is even easier to change plugs. 10-15 mins with refills from the fridge easily. coppers all the way.

Rebuild should be finished fairly soon. im looking forward to getting my car back but not looking forward to putting fuel in it.

Do you have any evidence to backup what you are claiming? you say that the installers profit from the government rebate? i'd like you to prove to me how they do when i paid the full $2300 for my mothers car and then get the $2000 back directly from the gonernment? what makes you think that the price is so high for? cos all installers are greedy bastards? wheres your proof? have you even researched it? spoken to an actual lpg fitter? are you even thinking about what your saying or are you just here to be a keyboard warrior?

The standard gas conversion kit that the industry has been installing for the last 30 years is still being installed these days for around $2500. I just had this done to my mothers car for $2300. The really expensive kits that cost $4000+ are the vapour injection kits. there is a lot more work involved with installing these kits. work such as retapping the head to accept the injectors. Can you see where the price comes into it now or are you going to continue to add comments with no proof to back up what you are saying?

now we just need you to fit the vapour injection kit to a 350AWKW+ GTR or something similar and post up the results!
