  1. You got a picture of the dump pipe?
  2. Ive got some brand new Autometer Ultra Lite Series , boost (20psi or 30) and oil pressure, Air Fuel as well, all brand new Let me know if you want them
  3. Reducing your plug gap to 0.6mm is only hiding your miss. You have a problem with it so you need to fix it. Reduce your gap will fix it, but your performance will suffer slightly. Your call. I had the same problem and had to reduce the gap to 0.65mm , then i bought some spitifires and now run them at 0.85mm gap with alot more boost, no misses what so ever.
  4. Seems pretty high for a 2535. What boost you running and who's dyno?
  5. What petrol are you running??? 110-112mph, your not making huge power, i think your motor should be able to take a heap more boost. Im running 20psi out of a HKS 2535, everything stock and running 116mph.
  6. Someone from here is making a batch of them for about $160. The ones on Ebay are $269.
  7. Its definately possible but has to be a perfect run. I ran many low 13's, 13.0,13.1 and then 12.98@107. That was with street tyres and even a SAFC and no PFC.
  8. Lucky we don't live in NSW. I lived near the EPA for 5 years in my younger days and hot days the cops would pull over cars and send them to the EPA. You could go home fix your car and then wonder over there.
  9. I love the stuff, certainly helps reduce the ping. I noticed there are more Shells stocking it, Shell on the WEstgate and the one in Hoppers. There must be many more shell stations as well.
  10. In all my years on the road, i've never seen an on the spot EPA check testing for your cat. Do these guys carry the equipment on their cars??? I think not. However going thru the EPA pits is a different story, you'd be stupid to go thru there with no cat.
  11. Dropped in at the last meet, very big turn out and some nice cars
  12. Anyone near laverton as i live in Altona
  13. Anyone of good painters and a little fibreglass repair on front bar in melbournes west
  14. I think i was getting full boost (20psi) by about 3500rpm
  15. 2530 turbo won't give you heaps more top end than the stocky but will give you a shit load more midrange. Expect around 220rwkw at the wheels. 2535 will give you an easy 230-235rwkw with again some good midrange as well. Either turbo is good, i had both on mine. If you want higher dyno numbers , check one of the other turbo, GCG's etc, but havent seen any beat my 1/4 mile with the little HKS yet.
  16. I would also assume there would be some slight benefits in having a bigger pipe there with no spiral wire in it to disturb airflow,
  17. Here is mine
  18. Even tyres make a difference to figures on a dyno. Running slicks on a dyno will produce a lower reading so balder the tyres the better.
  19. Hang on, if they enter in the wrong BP levels,it will have an impact on the result, just like what i stated above when the weather station was wrong.
  20. BP does effect dyno readings. My dyno tuners BP was always low , around the 980 mark and subsequently readings where higher than normal. When he was getting his Dyno serviced they didnt check this until a guy said your BP is very low. He now rings the local airport which is just around the corner for there readings before he puts a car on. Subsequently, dyno numbers arent as generous as what they used to be,
  21. I got 12.5 @ 113mph with a 60' of 2.0 that was with a RB25 though.
  22. Im not going to get into any dyno fights but i think your dyno is reading high. I reached my limit around the 200rwkw with the fuel pump. SAFC 2 is only a bandaid fix, you need a PFC for a nice smooth graph line, i tried the SAFC, was nice until i changed turbos and bigger boost. You will also need a Z32 AFM and Fuel Regulator. I was reaching nearly max with the 2530. Anyway , should be good for a mid 12 1/4.
  23. Its very addictive and easy. However, getting near pole is almost impossible
  24. 260rwkw i doubt it, however you will notice alot more midrange power
