  2. You will need to add a heap more fuel into your exciting SAFC map when you connect the Z32
  3. Looking for a Apexi Boost Pressure Sensor for a PFC, i believe the AVCR's are the same so if someone has one lying around.
  4. I posted somewhere that the S15 would be In 2 and Out 5. Whether its the same as a S14 i dont know. Look at the manual, i think it has the settings in there. I know the R33 is IN 2 Out 4.

  9. SK, Do you play with the timing curve in the low to mid range? How do you know where it pings there with minimum load? I have quite free access to dynos so i can play with the mixtures at different load points. Its the timing im a little new at. I know more means better until a point. (We once turned the dissy on a holden v8 from 10-14 degrees and gained 13rwkw) . Generally if you hear ping, retard it.

  11. The stock ECU doesnt show you any signal of knock. You may hear it under load and the standard ECU should retard timing when it sensors it.
  12. Apparently the light on the dash comes on when knock reaches 60, so im presuming that is bad, i wouldnt go above that.
  13. Im using a modified base map and constantly watch the knock reading. The max im getting is in the mid 30's so im happy with that, once ive seen 40. Im very happy with the extra performance and particularly no flat spots. If you monitor knock you should be right. If your getting knock, try reducing the timing down 1 degree. Bit of trial and error at the moment so keep your eye on the knock readings.
  14. What are your readings for ignition timing on map 15? Im getting advance of 23,22, which seems around right
  15. If i give it a quick light rev in neutral i get a reading of 10-15, there is no load on it, it maybe just some mechanical noise so im not going to worry about it.
  16. What does the Datalog do that the hand controller doesnt?? It really isnt that hard to tune with the hand controller but its lots of fun

  18. Just experimenting with my new Power Fc, im getting low 10-15 on start up, should be this correct? On hard throttle, im getting mid 30's!!

  21. I have just put a Power Fc in my car and have been studying the maps. Ignition maps go between 42 degrees at very light throtte to some 20 degrees at full throttle. At the moment with the boost wound down, i get ping of around 30 under full throttle. I know i need a session on the dyno but i want to have a play. Idle is varied, rolling to a standstill, i get a fluctuating idle between 1000 & 1200rpm until i get to a full stop, then it settles around the 700rpm which iits set. Sometimes at idle it likes to hunt, which i dont like. Im running a Z32 AFM, and the setting for the Air Flow is the 3rd one, not R33 normal or super intake. Any more hints?
  22. The RX7 one is the Power FC one, not the hand controller one.
