  10. RFTGTR I had the same steering wheel problem. I got a RWC, who didnt question the wheel and when i took it to the EPA they didnt check the road height or wheel just emissions and noise. There not interested in bald tyres, just stuff like Blow offs, Bleed Valves, computers, noise etc. As long as you get your RWC, you should be right for ride height and steering wheel.

  15. Guys thanks for the discussion. As stated in my first post, i am running a adjustable HKS actuator. I have tensioned it up and we saw a peak of 17.8psi on the dyno in the middle (around 4300rpm). It then slowly drops off as revs rise and severly drops off over the 6000rpm range. It bottomed out at too 12.5psi. So possibly there can be no boost leak as the i am using no boost controller and only one hose from the intercooler to the actuator which is tight as buggery and has been changed. I have come to the conclusion that the 2530 is too small for the Rb25. I have compared the 2 side by side and there is only millimetres difference in size. I would still doubt whether a 2535 would hold the same boost up high and i am willing to experiment in this. If i can gain an extra 1psi up high i would try. At the moment know more boost can be added as the standard computer is holding me back.

Hmm, sounds like that copper that done me, has done you, but mine was in St.Kilda He got me for ride height which was too low, padded steering, needed wheel alignment (really mr copper but my tyres are still roadworthy, does it need a wash too???) What i did, get a roadworthy, they will check your road height (adjust up your Teins) and tyres and all the other stuff. You should get a wheel alignment if your getting new tyres anyway. I didnt touch my wheel alignment or tyres. Now with the steering wheel, i left mine and no one said a word, as long as i gave the roadworthy to the EPA it was ok. Now the epa will look at your bleed valve and do i noise/emission test. With the bleed valve once i hid it and got away with it and the second time i took it off and ran the hose directly to the actuator. As you have a GTR they allready come with a FMIC so shouldnt pods be ok?? You are allowed only one intake mod, either pod or cooler not both but as a GTR is standard with a FMIC, a pod should be ok, correct me if im wrong!! With a T78, have you got an external wastegate?? Thats a big no-no Good luck.
  18. Yeah we are making around 220-230rwkw at the moment. I just wanted to try and push it further and get less boost drop.
  19. The wastegate on a HKS 2530 is bigger than the stock R33 turbo, i guess its still not big enough. Does the 2535 have a bigger exhaust wheel than the 2530?

  21. But i was thinking i could run 17psi in the midrange and when it starts to drop, somehow try and squeeze more boost into it without trying to boost to more than 17 in the middle.
