  1. Ive taken out the bootlock and getting a key made up at the moment. Then i will get the alarm re-programmed. A car is parked in front of the garage during the night, but this was during the day when the car was gone. I dont particularly think they where after the car, they where looking for valuables inside it, but better to be safe than sorry.
  2. Ive got no keys so i cannot move it at this stage.
  3. I had my house done over today and during that they went into the garage with my keys and alarm and went through my car. It must have been kids as they searched my glovebox and centre console, but of course no valuables in there. Luckily they didnt damage the car but they took the keys. So im wondering would i need a complete new set of locks??? How do i get a key cut from nothing, through Nissan or a locksmith? I suppose i can take out the boot barrel lock. Just hopefully they wont come back for the car, ive dissabled it just in case. I might see if i can get the frequency for the alarm changed as well.
  4. Should be close to the 200rwkw, im getting 207rwkw.
  5. It seems as though the series 2 Ecu's are better than the series 1. My series 1, i definately needed a SAFC to lean out the mixtures to get that kind of power. Without it, it was useless, maybe 120rwkw
  6. 3rd one!! Just cut the hose that goes in front of your manifold and put a t piece in there. Then install your tube that the Autometer guage comes with into the t piece.
  7. Ive installed a 2530 on my RB25, i will keep you posted on the results very soon.
  8. I ran 13psi for at least 6 months with the stock intercooler. It worked for me, so 12psi should be ok. I just wouldnt be racing around a track all day with it. Bursts here and there is fine. Half a dozen continous dyno runs are not ok, heat builds up quickly, but with some nice cool air in Canberra, 12psi would be fine.
  9. What 50rwkw??? Yours is 330rwkw which is 442rwhp which is the same as Magics run on the DD dyno. His 511rwhp is the different hub dyno which the yanks use. So a change to a Wolf will bring you 0rwkw increase.
  10. What kind of actuator are you using? Maybe that is your problem for your boost to drop off up high.
  11. What boost shall i run for a HKS 2530 too make good strong power, 16psi?
  12. I found the 4 nuts quite easy. The only problem was, i had to take off the oil line to get to that bolt.
  13. Yeah the top one is a bugger depending upon the connection thats been adapted to it. I finally got mine on last night. I had to take it off coz i couldnt do the back nut between the turbo and the manifold. Lucky i got it on, if it leaks im in trouble,
  14. Have you got a picture of your top connector??? It should be brass. The bottom one is a paper gasket. It is a different size to the standard turbo. You can buy some gasket paper and cut it too fit, its very easy and will cost you a $1.
  15. Depends what connections you have got. The bottom one is a gasket though.
  16. That looks like its coming from the top oil line on the turbo. Do you have the turbo shield off? Take it off and you can see all the lines quite easily. I just bolted my lines up last night, hopefully they dont leak,
  17. Im installing a 2530 and will be dynoing it next week. If i run out of fuel, i 'll grab one
  18. Just make one up out of some gasket paper, should be easy
  19. I havent ran a GTIR yet
  20. Bass Junky I took mine off last night, took me about 10 minutes, helps when the turbo is off though. It doesnt look that difficult to make up. But i would use flexible rubber. The problem is putting the PVC pipes in.
  21. Bass Junky I took mine off last night, took me abuot 10 minutes, helps when the turbo is off though. It doesnt look that difficult to make up. The problem is putting the PVC pipes in.
  22. What do you need?
  23. You could possibly just buy a 90 degree hose instead.
  24. Nice time, it all depends on the driver, someone on here has done a 12.5 with a 2530, your mate has done a 12.3 with a 2540 which is awesome, but then i know someone has done a 13.4 with a 2535. And then ive done a 12.9 with a stocker. Well it shows the true potential of each, certainly the 2535 has more left in it.
  25. So far its cost me $100 to source up all the lines, i have one to go which im getting done tonight.
